He suggested I contacted James Merrifield at there Oxford branch to discuss my options. I felt very confident with the advise he gave me on the sale process so I instructed him to proceed. like all good sales things did not go as planed, but James was with me 100% of the way sorting all the obstacles to achieve the sale. A big thank you for your help James and the professional service you provided. I would highly recommend Thomas Merrifield.

18th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with Taylors. They seem to be waiting for things to happen rather than taking action, and we constantly have to chase them to do their job. If I had my buyer's solicitor's contact information, I could handle this myself. This has been a nightmare—the deal is nearly collapsing. I will never use this agency again.

From the moment we engaged with Atwell Martin, Calne to facilitate the sale of our property, both Ben and Stewart have been very much hands on and kept us informed every step of the way. Our home was listed on their website in just a few days of us signing up, and was sold after just two viewings in the first couple of weeks. 19th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Please avoid dealing with this agency . we rented a flat with them, there was a leaking from the above the property , we reported the issue , they did not even took the time to come and have a look into it . Very terrible experience, please avoid dealing with them. for a few dust, they are charging us 155 , a big SCAM. This agency does not deserve any star . our daughter was sick twice in this property . dehumidifier was on 24 hrs On . until now, we did not receive our deposit. We raised a complaint but they come back to us with bla bla without a resolution. We are planning to take to ombudsman

8th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.
