3rd Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)We decided to sell when there was a lull in the property market. Avon carried out as much advertising of the property as they could. They kept in contact throughout this time. Sale not quite completed yet but on the whole everything has been good.

23rd Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Initially, they seem very professional and talk a lot about 'strategy' to gain your trust. However, that's just a facade. As soon as the first offer came in (within the first few weeks), the pressure started. They completely ignored our previously agreed price and tried to convince me that my house wasn't actually worth that much, warning me that I might not get another offer. It felt like they weren't working for me, but against me, just to close the deal as quickly as possible. When I voiced my concerns, I was told I 'should be happy' to sell so fast—even though I was in no rush and simply wanted a fair price. On top of that, I had to fill out all the property details myself. They provide an app and expect you to do their job for them. It makes me wonder what they actually take their commission for. If you want an agent who actually fights for your interest and doesn't just push for a quick sale, look elsewhere.
27th Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Excellent service from Martin & Rachel. Communication was really good, happy to work through which offers might be best for us not just the in theory highest offer. Selling houses in current climate is not easy so important to have a great team working for you.
16th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Fantastic team, everyone I dealt with was lovely. They sold my property without fuss. It was a difficult move for me and I had so much support, they really did go the extra mile. I also found them honest which was not what I experienced with other agents in the town when it came to purchasing. They will take time to present your property with expert photos, and will find you the right buyer, they will listen to you, they will guide you and they will support you. I can't rate them highly enough.

From the outset Adrian was polite helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about the market place, the site my van was on and how best to sell. Would highly reccomend this company, they sold my van for over 18K more than the site offered me, couldnt have been more please with the company, and service we recieved from Adrian - would highly reccomend

17th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I would highly recommend to anyone Belvoir Evesham, after my experience of finding a rental property as a result of relocating to the area. Rob was extremely accommodating organising viewings as well as being friendly and personable throughout our experience. Rob is very approachable, warming and has been extremely communicative and supportive throughout the whole process. Thank you for all your help and if needed in the future the first place I would look to is Belvoir!

When i came home and from my ceiling was raining, because upstairs in other flat broke boiler, i had to wait till after weekend,sort and dry everything on my money and time, my furniture was damaged, nobody checked our flat.. after few months we had issues with electricity all floor must be wet underneath but nobody checked it,they just came and said it's fine.. nobody offer help.. never mind..we have no access to meter reading and if I ask for it there is no response in weeks, even if i ask again! Really bad service from Greg. I am thinking to leave that flat even I like it before. Just because of agency. It's moldy and a lot of other issues and I do not have power to deal with it if nobody make time to respond. I am being just left and ignored. If i could, i would give to zero stars for agency

20th Feb 2026 (4 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
