6th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)I've just completed on my purchase in Hadley Wood and I wanted to say a huge thank you to Maria at Statons for all her help throughout the process. From the very first viewing Maria was fantastic - incredibly responsive, always available when I needed something, and genuinely supportive throughout what can often be a stressful process. She must have shown me the property around five times and was always patient, helpful and professional. Maria really went above and beyond to help get the deal over the line and made the whole experience much smoother than it could have been. A great experience overall and I’m very grateful for all the work she put in. Highly recommend both Maria and the Statons Hadley Wood team.

After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Scammers!

So much so, that we also had Gareth sell our house recently. His honesty, professionalism and commitment is on a different level. One of the best selling experiences that I've had.

I rented my current flat through them, and the whole process—from the initial viewing right through to signing the tenancy agreement—was smooth and straightforward. I’ve now been living in the property for around 8 years and have been very happy throughout. The team has always been professional, responsive and easy to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pointview Estate to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient letting agency.

22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

23rd Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10

8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

Whilst many other estate agents are full of hot air, patronising and have no clue what they are doing, Jo and her team stand out from the crowd by being genuine, friendly, easily contactable and really good at their jobs. No overpromising or under delivering, Hestia’s know the business in and out and we felt in safe hands. They have a great eye for property and their photography is on point. We would happily buy or sell with Hestia’s again.
12th Jan 2026 (12 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.
