I contacted Hamptons Balham to help sell my property, and I did so because I worked there and remembered a great team. To my surprise, the newly formed team were only able to get me 4 viewings within the several months my property was online. Once I have given them notice and asked that the keys are dropped back to me whenever they had time, Davina was lovely and emailed her team to do just that. Tom who is the head of sales then sent a very rude email and said “they are not uber drivers or couriers” and that the new agent should come and collect them (even though I never said there was another agent). I would have also been happy to collect the keys if they emailed me nicely to say this is the process. Moral of the story, Tom is extremely rude and I would not recommend you trust him with selling your property - he was only nice at the beginning when he wanted my business. I have told him his email was rude and then sent yet another rude email - do what you will with this information but I would advise against using Hamptons as your agents.

have been a tenant with Hamptons for five years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after.
The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care.
A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons.
I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

I recently sold a property through Hamptons Esher.
Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone.
I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

Shadey agency who refuses to send me my rental statements as proof they've received rent from me during my tenancy. Shoddy record keeping and billing practices by issuing me an invoice for rent after expiration of my tenancy and failing to keep their portal correct with updated information regarding tenancy end date. They hide behind an excuse of miscommunication despite there being a clear record of communication on these specific details. Lettings manager and agent undertook to send me my rental statements on 17 April - requested on the 15th- its the 20th April today and still nothing, despite this being my personal data. I'd never trust them or recommend them to anyone.
