From the very beginning, they went above and beyond, especially in accommodating us with our newborn, and did everything possible to help us secure our beautiful home, including arranging numerous viewings to suit our circumstances and advocating for us on stamp duty relief. We are incredibly grateful for their honesty, transparency, and clear communication throughout the entire process, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Zaid, in particular, has been an absolute asset to the team. His kindness, patience, and constant reassurance meant so much to us, and he genuinely felt like part of the family by the end of our journey. We got there in the end! 26th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)This is what you might call a dodgy estate agent, in my view. We made an offer to rent a property through them, which was accepted by the landlord and we then passed all the referencing checks. However, they then sent us their "standard" tenancy agreement, which contained several unusual, unfair and potentially illegal terms (we have been renting for years with other agents without problems, so have a good idea of what a normal tenancy agreement looks like). When we questioned any of the terms, we were strung along for about a week and were then suddenly told we could no longer rent the property, even on the original weird terms. It feels like they are knowingly (or recklessly) putting forward unfair and potentially illegal terms to tenants, in the hope that people will agree to anything just to get a home to live in. If they are willing to do that, who knows what else they are doing to tenants who don't know of their legal rights and might get taken advantage of in many other ways?

From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Nick, who I dealt with directly. He was super helpful, friendly, and professional at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything moved along efficiently.<br><br>I can’t recommend Aubury and Finn enough if you’re looking to rent. A genuinely great experience from a reliable and supportive team.

Emma in particular has been excellent throughout the process - always responding in a timely manner, providing helpful advice and really easy to work with, making a stressful experience that much easier- thank you, Emma!
2nd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Booked a viewing at a property we were told was pet friendly, we went today and after being asked and confirming we had pets the answer was ‘i’m going to stop you there as there’s no point you will be getting declined so you don't waste your time’. I mentioned that on the phone I had been assured it was pet friendly as we knew not all properties were and wanted to ensure we weren’t wasting our time going to viewings we didn’t have a chance in. Only reply we got was ‘this property isn’t pet friendly unfortunately but you can check with the owners’ I’m not entirely sure what miscommunication happened but our time was wasted with no care We also never received the address to the property we were viewing and had to guess the location off of the map in the listing. Thankfully we went to the right place but very strange we never received an actual address? Not sure if this experience is relatable to others, hopefully not but it was ours. Just messy

Ciaran has been particularly good at arranging my viewings and accommodating my working hours to arrange a suitable slot as well as during negotiations with sellers. Michele has been great and very proactive,, guiding me through the process and keeping me on track. My purchase isn't finalised yet but I feel I'm in safe hands with the team at Collinson Hall.

Kris was extremely efficient and handled the viewings professionally, keeping everything running smoothly. Tracie acted as our sales progressor and kept us regularly updated throughout the entire process, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel very well managed. We couldn’t fault the service and would happily recommend Cassidy & Tate to anyone selling their home.

13th Apr 2026 (2 days ago)Just awful. Very friendly when I walked in to their office to ask for a valuation of my property in anticipation of selling. After that it was just all downhill. Zero communication from that point. Agent who came to do the valuation arrived late (no apology), whizzed around the house in 5 minutes to then tell me that it was completely as he had expected (why bother coming at all then), gave me a verbal valuation and then nothing was ever heard from the agent again. There are 10 physical estate agents to choose from in Harpenden. This should be your tenth choice, or lower if you want to use the online agents instead.
