3rd Feb 2025 (15 weeks ago)Really bad experience, Do Not Use! Poor communication from agency, they have not answered messages regarding issues with flat, repeatedly gave short notice to visits and even no notice entries to flat using there own keys even after complaints to them about this with no resolution. Now currently in dispute regarding deposit over months to which we have received no money back and no communication and now taking legal action. Have been emailing Stewart Oliver regularly to which the response is just ‘will pass this on’. Inventory on arrival was extremely wrong, we made amendments which the agency did not acknowledge. I advise Stewart Oliver check their records to see this repeated poor service and take all review on board

31st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Honestly so frustrated with Dixons. They never ever pick up the phone, they don’t respond to rightmove enquiries. It’s just super frustrating that properties I am interested in buying are being managed by dixons. If I were a seller I would be super annoyed knowing that the people supposed to help me sell my house are doing everything in their power not to sell by intentionally not responding to enquiries

15th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Useless estate agent happily take your money but when they have work to do like obtaining your rent, which is the only thing they get paid to do, they avoid your calls. When your rent comes 3months late they take there cut even tho there's two months missing. AVOID THIS COMPANY- 23rd Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)Arranged block viewings and sold on first set of viewings, £10k above asking price. Advised on best buyer status from 4 offers.

There was just one thing that he needed to find out more information on and he emailed it through very quickly after the viewing. Exceptional service, I would highly recommend working with FleetMilne.
4th Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)Absolutely disgusting by the way I have been treated at the end of my tenancy. The agency tried to take the money off my deposit for things like lighting bulb that was fully working or normal wear and tear. The people should stop trying to get the money off the tenants in such a disgusting way. Please be very careful as they lie about everything!!

30th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)In a word ((Scammers)) Why? They will over price your property rent. However, most do that then naturally one would have to haggle them down. Not sure if there is a landlord as it might be themselves pretending there is one! And if there is a landlord the landlord has no idea what these guys do!!!!! You have your contract fees which you pay every month. But then they try and scam all there clients with made up fees! Theses are normally around £40 they say it's for water and heating. However that is covered in your contract fees!!!!!! They pocket these fee if you don't pay it and tell them you will only pay what's on the contract then they can't do anything. If your building has parking and they also want that payment separate from your contact that is also a scam!!!!!!! Don't fall victim to these guys. If you have paid them these fees for years then get that money back. Take them to court if you must. However, don't let them get away with this bad practices!!!!!!

9th Apr 2025 (6 weeks ago)No communication at all from them. They are a company that only care about money. Have previously had to get council health and safety involved for them to do something. Have sent not gas safe engineer to cap gas. Now fighting to get deposit back. Don't bother using them.
