The staff have been amazing and have gone over and beyond to make sure the transaction has gone as smoothly as possible. Bindy the manager who I met in person to submit my offer with has been very professional throughout the purchase. Ethan was present whilst I viewed the property and he was very knowledgeable and patient. Manisha arranged the mortgage very swiftly, her communication was superb and responded to any questions I had promptly. She was always happy to help and her experience gave me the confidence that she will get me the best mortgage deal available. Overall a fantastic service provided by the team without any buying pressure. I highly recommend Paul Dubberley West Bromwich to anyone that is looking to buy, sell or let a property. Sham Hoque
6th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)(Posting under another name for my own safety) Had the worst experience with these letting agents. Flat was given to us in a horrifying state, with old tenants furniture scattered around the place and dust, spiders and silverfish roaming the kitchen and the bathroom. Impolite staff and gave us late responses during our tenancy, while having the audacity to charge us for things that were not in the contract or mentioned beforehand.

First time buyers so a lot of this is really new to me and Mrs but Jacks and Harrison were great at replying to questions and providing reassurance. I like the offer that it's a lifetime service given by Connells so the one-time fee doesn't feel too bad Application has just been accepted so not much else to say but overall great - can't fault em! PS Didn't realise that lenders do so many checks - feel like I can do the Credas app in my sleep now lol

Specifically, Joshua Cleveland, my property manager, has been overseeing a repair at my property for more than a month. He has consistently kept us informed with detailed updates and promptly responded to queries from both myself and the tenants, alleviating any concerns. Joshua is an outstanding manager whom I highly recommend.

Green & Co, came out on top. The man responsible for this was, " Shaz " He himself has moved on, the rest of the team are still there. The whole process was an arduous one for us and the team at Greens. A lot of the communications between us and them was done with , " Dee Stratford " She was extremely helpful right up to the exchange of contracts. Well done everyone at Green & Co. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone or any advertising site. Best Wishes. 9th Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)Were do I start joke of a company 1st of all the staff need to check there grammar n spelling mistakes afther mistakes on head letters half the time they never pick up phones in the office when ever you go in office the staff just look like they woke up out of bed not even smart this company needs to fix up big time- 12th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)they treated us appallingly do not use this Agent they cannot be trusted they wasted months and lost us our purchase stay away.We eventually sold through someone else their disgusting behaviour affected our future
10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)A brilliant agent.Great find. Met and interviewed Sami the owner this Monday morning, due to fantastic promotion and marketing let my property within 24 hours. Set up 8 viewings, so I had the choice of tenants and was given great feedback. The photos and marketing video presented the property in its best possible light. A friendly, professional, organised team. Questions and information communicated promptly and effectively.

30th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)In a word ((Scammers)) Why? They will over price your property rent. However, most do that then naturally one would have to haggle them down. Not sure if there is a landlord as it might be themselves pretending there is one! And if there is a landlord the landlord has no idea what these guys do!!!!! You have your contract fees which you pay every month. But then they try and scam all there clients with made up fees! Theses are normally around £40 they say it's for water and heating. However that is covered in your contract fees!!!!!! They pocket these fee if you don't pay it and tell them you will only pay what's on the contract then they can't do anything. If your building has parking and they also want that payment separate from your contact that is also a scam!!!!!!! Don't fall victim to these guys. If you have paid them these fees for years then get that money back. Take them to court if you must. However, don't let them get away with this bad practices!!!!!!

29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Awful agency. We have been trying to view a property for a month now. Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
