Worst agency to rent from…
6th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)(Posting under another name for my own safety) Had the worst experience with these letting agents. Flat was given to us in a horrifying state, with old tenants furniture scattered around the place and dust, spiders and silverfish roaming the kitchen and the bathroom. Impolite staff and gave us late responses during our tenancy, while having the audacity to charge us for things that were not in the contract or mentioned beforehand.

12th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)We were very fortunate to have found Davidsons Estate Agents last year and we hired them to rent out our property in Birmingham City Centre after which I engaged them to sell the property. The property manager Johnathan Smith has done an excellent job less than 2 months we have a buyer and are happy with the price he has achieved. I would highly recommend both the rental and sales aspects of their business Sean Boyle. BEM.

From the moment I contacted them, Nicola's and Paul’s professionalism and politeness stood out. After viewing a property through Green and Company, I decided to put in an offer. Throughout the process, Nicola was incredibly proactive, regularly keeping me informed and providing unwavering support for my interest in the property. Despite the offer not being accepted by the property owner, Nicola continued to go above and beyond to ensure I was kept updated every step of the way. Her genuine concern and apologies for the outcome demonstrated a level of customer care rarely seen in the industry. It's important to note that the outcome was not due to any fault on my part or the estate agency's. I commend Green and Company for their professionalism and dedication to their clients, particularly Nicola, who truly went the extra mile. 9th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Were do I start joke of a company 1st of all the staff need to check there grammar n spelling mistakes afther mistakes on head letters half the time they never pick up phones in the office when ever you go in office the staff just look like they woke up out of bed not even smart this company needs to fix up big time- 12th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)they treated us appallingly do not use this Agent they cannot be trusted they wasted months and lost us our purchase stay away.We eventually sold through someone else their disgusting behaviour affected our future

30th Jun 2023 (9 mo. ago)In a word ((Scammers)) Why? They will over price your property rent. However, most do that then naturally one would have to haggle them down. Not sure if there is a landlord as it might be themselves pretending there is one! And if there is a landlord the landlord has no idea what these guys do!!!!! You have your contract fees which you pay every month. But then they try and scam all there clients with made up fees! Theses are normally around £40 they say it's for water and heating. However that is covered in your contract fees!!!!!! They pocket these fee if you don't pay it and tell them you will only pay what's on the contract then they can't do anything. If your building has parking and they also want that payment separate from your contact that is also a scam!!!!!!! Don't fall victim to these guys. If you have paid them these fees for years then get that money back. Take them to court if you must. However, don't let them get away with this bad practices!!!!!!

Double thumbs up and I’d like to think that with the way Ryan has dealt with me in that time that the other members of staff would also be at the same level, however I choose to stick with Ryan and deal with him directly.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
