From the moment I contacted them, Nicola's and Paul’s professionalism and politeness stood out. After viewing a property through Green and Company, I decided to put in an offer. Throughout the process, Nicola was incredibly proactive, regularly keeping me informed and providing unwavering support for my interest in the property. Despite the offer not being accepted by the property owner, Nicola continued to go above and beyond to ensure I was kept updated every step of the way. Her genuine concern and apologies for the outcome demonstrated a level of customer care rarely seen in the industry. It's important to note that the outcome was not due to any fault on my part or the estate agency's. 18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Double thumbs up and I’d like to think that with the way Ryan has dealt with me in that time that the other members of staff would also be at the same level, however I choose to stick with Ryan and deal with him directly.

Alex was our agent and from valuation right through to completion he was nothing but professional and efficient. Communication is vital in the world of selling and buying and Alex was always on hand to guide us through and overcome any obstacles. I cannot rate them enough and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much ????
