The staff have been amazing and have gone over and beyond to make sure the transaction has gone as smoothly as possible. Bindy the manager who I met in person to submit my offer with has been very professional throughout the purchase. Ethan was present whilst I viewed the property and he was very knowledgeable and patient. Manisha arranged the mortgage very swiftly, her communication was superb and responded to any questions I had promptly. She was always happy to help and her experience gave me the confidence that she will get me the best mortgage deal available. Accepted application 26Jun2024 Overall really pleased with the process! First time buyers so a lot of this is really new to me and Mrs but Jacks and Harrison were great at replying to questions and providing reassurance. I like the offer that it's a lifetime service given by Connells so the one-time fee doesn't feel too bad Application has just been accepted so not much else to say but overall great - can't fault em! PS Didn't realise that lenders do so many checks - feel like I can do the Credas app in my sleep now lol

Specifically, Joshua Cleveland, my property manager, has been overseeing a repair at my property for more than a month. He has consistently kept us informed with detailed updates and promptly responded to queries from both myself and the tenants, alleviating any concerns. Joshua is an outstanding manager whom I highly recommend.

As a business they have been so efficient and have amazing communication. Definitely recommend using Oulsnam estate agents

Green & Co, came out on top. The man responsible for this was, " Shaz " He himself has moved on, the rest of the team are still there. The whole process was an arduous one for us and the team at Greens. A lot of the communications between us and them was done with , " Dee Stratford " She was extremely helpful right up to the exchange of contracts. Well done everyone at Green & Co. 18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Awful agency. We have been trying to view a property for a month now. Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.
