We live outside the UK, but Oakmans managed to gain access to the property and show potential buyers around with no fuss. Their valuation proved to be more accurate and optimistic than other agents that we tried, so we ended up with a good offer. Their fee was also the best that we were offered.

Throughout the process he was in touch with us even on his holidays or out of office hours. Mr. Lewis is so professional, polite and understanding. She has been proactive, easy to get hold of and responsive to problems.would definitely recommend. I bought the cheaper pay up front package where you show people around yourselves which worked very well for me and I believe it is better for viewers as you can give more time and know your own house so can give full information.

The property manager Johnathan Smith has done an excellent job less than 2 months we have a buyer and are happy with the price he has achieved. I would highly recommend both the rental and sales aspects of their business Sean Boyle. BEM.
5th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Dixons Northfield have been exceptional since day one of our enquiry on a house to view. From the arrangement of the viewing with Lydia to the Viewing managed by Paul we were so impressed. Having spent two days of viewings prior to a viewing with Dixons we felt so disheartened and could not believe that there was a lack of care and personality from other agents so we were wowed with Paul’s viewing! Paul was absolutely incredible, he was warm and friendly and was able to answer the questions we had. He was present and really took the time to find out about what we wanted from our first time purchase and how he and his team could help us on our buying journey. We are in the process of buying a house through Dixons and could not recommend them enough. If you have your eye on a Dixons Northfield property then I would not hesitate to get booked in asap as they really have been incredible and made us so happy to have chosen them.

They have worked hard to advertise the property and to enable prospective buyers to view ASAP, which has led to a speedy offer which we hope will lead to a definite sale. In addition the team have made sure they kept my sister and me informed of progress at all times.

They are friendly bunch of people, staff is efficient, prompt in replies and they look after their clients very well. Highly recommend Arden Estate Barnt Green. I bought my dream home through them and Areden Estate Redditch branch helped me sell my old house. Communications was excellent through out. My favourite people were Lesley, Stephanie and their previous manager!
14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Oulsnam Barnt Green did an excellent job selling my mother's house in probate. An early offer fell through when the probate process took longer than we had hoped and Shelbi and her colleagues got straight back onto it and found another buyer quickly. They clearly know their market extremely well and knew when to push us and when to tell us to hold our nerve. Oulsnam have now sold my family two houses (in 1978 and 2021) and then sold them both for us (in 2021 and 2024) - a great job done!

We were lucky to view our new home with Chloe Farmer who was super helpful with our queries about the application and referencing process, going out of her way (and making our day) to let us know asap when our application was accepted. 3rd Aug 2021 (2 years ago)Great team, kept us updated all the way, Romily was the best agent to visit and value our house very respectful of the property and her experience showed, other agents we considered touched door handles etc around our home, which we found off-putting during COVID restrictions, Romily kept her distance, asked me to open all doors as I showed her round and did not even take a seat, we appreciated these precautions during these crazy times. Lara in the office who dealt with us from that point on was extremely helpful all the way pushing for things to move forward and chasing people daily, Oh, and did I mention they sold our house a day after it went on the market!! They’re just what you want from an estate agent.
