21st Mar 2025 (7 days ago)First and foremost I hold Grace in the highest of regards. This chain was chaos from the very beginning as my buyer had to change solicitors and mortgage providers twice while myself and my onward were ready to go for months. There were moments I wanted to, hypothetically, set fire to everything and just start again but Grace was there constantly reassuring me and constantly on the backs on my buyer and his solicitors. At times she turned from estate agent to social worker with my incessant phone calls, stressed out and looking for answers. We joked that after all this was done she would never forget about me and this chain would probably go down as an example of the worst case scenario. Even with absolutely horrendous communication from my buyer and his solicitors Grace always persevered and always came through for me. I can quite easily say Grace is an outstanding estate agent and an absolute grafter. If I ever buy a house again she will be my first call. Thank you Grace.

7th Nov 2024 (20 weeks ago)Professional yet friendly from start to finish. Britt attended very well prepared to value our property, and we felt very confident handing to AP Morgan to sell. Photos were taken promptly and were of high quality. We sold within a week which was fantastic! Tammy then worked tirelessly to coordinate the large chain and due to her efforts the chain remained together and we were successful in completing. Communication was managed well and updates delivered in a sensitive manner at all times. Thank you all at AP Morgan, especially Tammy. Would definitely instruct AP Morgan again.
1st Nov 2024 (21 weeks ago)Victoria Bennett branch manager of shipways Harborne high street absolutely disgraceful unprofessional and rude regarding sale and rental matters. If you decide to change your mind about a sale she will be rude and send a rude email. Disgusting of a person to speak to with all the years experience you would never know that from her third class approach and communication skills. Real disgrace to the branch.

Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.

24th Oct 2024 (22 weeks ago)Worst experience ive had with a Estate Agency. Very unprofessional and dishonest process of bidding offers on a property. Tom the Agent gave false information about offers and the client requirements. I spoke to another individual who gave an offer only to be told that Tom was giving false information about how high the offer was at and then proceeded to lie. This is a new Estate Agency operating in Birmingham and I will also be reporting them and their tactics along with other members of the public that have viewed properties and how Tom has been sharing offer amounts with everyone other than tbe clients
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
9th Jan 2025 (11 weeks ago)Very disappointed!!! I went for a viewing in early December, waited for them to call me back! Called them like 100 times! Not only the agency didnt even pick the phone up but also the lady who came in for viewing day didnt answer my calls or messages! If this is not professional, so what it is? So sorry for myself for wasting my time on this agency!- 10th Mar 2025 (18 days ago)Tge whole process was handled professionally, from the valuation to the sale. A shout out to Jeff who did the viewings, he was always punctual ,very friendly and handled the viewers honestly.

From the viewing with Naomi, to then communicating with Blythe, Michelle and Naomi over phone and email. Thank you for a great experience :)
