All I can say is Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!! She is friendly and approachable always on hand to support, advice and provided information were necessary. She has gone above and beyond to help me. I would not recommend working with or engaging with this organisation as the owner is entirely rude and entitled. Completely poor service to prospective clients. Owner Leon was unprofessional and walked away during the middle of a conversation. AVOID USING THIS AGENCY.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

13th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I’d originally only left a one star rating here and wasn’t going to air my grievances in public. Though, since I’ve now been accused of being a ‘troll’ by the business owner I don’t have any more reservations. Dealing with Tom at Kingsman was stressful and confusing at times. With all my experience of buying and selling I still can’t quite understand the way in which he operates. After entering into renegotiations I never understood why Tom would re-advertise the house we’re buying without telling us. After Tom then received other rival offers on the house, I don’t understand why he would disclose someone else’s offer to us; egging us on to try and beat it. After we trumped the rival offer by thousands, I wouldn’t expect to be told to jog on. I do wonder what, if anything, he has advised his client for them to reject this free money. We’ve had a few messages from Tom updating us on some work the vendor is doing to the house, all followed by a ‘but you’re not buying it anyway.’ Why even bother? Now we’re a couple thousand pounds down because this vendor has been poorly advised, all while the business owner is calling my review ‘fake’. Why not reach out to ask why we’re so annoyed with your staff?

It was a bumpy road and without Ann’s support and guidance it would not have reached completion! We cannot thank Ann enough for all of her help during this process! As soon as I spoke to Ann during an initial enquiry about a valuation I new DM&Co were the agent for us. Ann has a wealth of knowledge and experience and kept me sane throughout a stressful process! She is also extremely funny and lovely and you can really tell she cares about her clients. Outstanding customer service throughout! I Would not hesitate to recommend DM&Co!

5th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

He found us buyers in a timely manner and supported us through our house move which is wrapped up in emotions and anxieties. I would highly recommend Hawkins and Patterson for your house selling and move.
27th Aug 2024 (22 days ago)We have been renting with back and gold for a year and it was a nightmare we have mould in all the rooms which at the viewing they told me it would get done which I didn’t and then we were told it’s a old house so we are going to get cracks and mould everywhere. I made several complaints and all the time nothing was done, until we had previous tent telling us they had the same issues with the land lord and the estate agent . I feel like they didn’t care and the worse thing was when we got racially remarks from the estate agent . I have 3 kids and now they suffer from asthma and back cough . We are now in the process of taking it further. It’s a shame renting is hard and to get got landlord and estate agents who are not willing to help it’s even hard everyone is in it for the money.
