15th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)I moved to Xact from another agent and have been really pleased with their performance. Lovely pictures, very prompt and efficient service on every level. The difference is they know the local area, understand the market and they don’t just rely on all the usual property portals - they proactively market the property. I would highly recommend both the Knowle and Balsall Common office if you are thinking of buying or selling.

They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

24th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)Definitely recommend! A total of 10 weeks from first viewing to completion day. A smooth process can’t believe how easy it was especially as first time buyers. Hannah and Sam from the Shirley branch have been absolutely amazing the communication has been soo easy and had instant replies. I definitely recommend these guys so professional so lovely and understanding. In complete shock atm but thank you guys for everything i really appreciate it.

From Tom’s first visit he has been patient in explaining the process we need to go through and the supportive role of Oakmans in helping us to find the right buyer. Dominic took some incredible photos to show off all the positives of our home, which were then made available on the Oakmans website within 24 hours. When Sophie showed potential buyers around our home she was friendly and well informed to answer any questions posed to her about our home and the local area. In our experience all of the Oakmans team are commensurate professionals which has given us confidence in their services and would highly recommend them.
