Simply symptomatic of our crazy system. Having both bought and sold successfully through Leaper Stanbrook I would not hesitate to recommend them.

2nd Feb 2024 (25 weeks ago)Unquestionably it's 10 out of 10 for the 100% service provided by Michaela and her colleagues Karen, Gina, Paul, Lorraine and Neil. Taylor Engley easily fall into the 'A Team' category of Eastbourne Estate Agents, and from my experience of how they handled the sale of my late father's property, it was everything you would expect from a group of professionals on top of their game. I've been involved in the property business in the UK for over 50 years and have dealt with hundreds of Estate Agents far and wide. I can confidently state that Taylor Engley are up there with the very best. Well done to Michaela, who excelled on every level. She navigated the sale in a totally seamless fashion and is truly a great asset to the Taylor Engley organisation. I can only speak as I find, and for my part, the service I received was outstanding. The Taylor Engley team are worthy recipients of this praise, and Michaela in particular, as my main point of contact, put her heart and soul into looking after all of my needs, as well as providing full support to the purchaser. 30th Nov 2023 (7 mo. ago)Fay turned my apartment around in time for my new tenant. There wasn't a lot of time to do so and I was really anxious it wouldn't be done it time. However, I shouldn't have worried - without her determination and "above and beyond" approach my new tenant moved in and we're both super happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH Fay - you're the BEST!

I was originally looking for a 2 bed house that - shared ownership that was affordable.... however Ross went above and beyond and managed to get me onto a 3 bed :) Could not recommend they guys more. I special mention about Isabel in particular. Her attitude, knowledge and attention to detail make her a top tier agent and and absolute asset to the company! Only rating 5 stars because 6 wasn’t an option!

Annabel, Harry, Callum and Steve went above and beyond to sell our house, with many viewings and always updating us with any feedback. We also went on some viewings with Sam and Harry and they were both informative and very approachable to ask any questions about the houses we were looking to buy. The team at the Eastbourne fox and sons have been fantastic and we could not have asked for a better agent to help us with our journey. Thank you.

7th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)I just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team at Crane & Co who sold my property in Pevensey. At first, I was doubtful about the price banding they endorse; surely the price is the price, but once they took the time to explain the benefits, it made complete sense, and I was convinced. Regarding the photographs of my property, Crane & Co have a very keen eye for detail indeed. Josh did the 3D tour and by the time they were finished editing and perfecting them, I must admit, I hardly recognised my own home, in a good way of course! The property description was expertly written with a real sense of passion & care. All viewings were done by the lovely Julie, who always has a big smile. She was always warm and friendly with my potential buyers and incredibly complimentary about my home! It obviously worked because immediately after the initial viewings, I received 2 offers, both exceeding my expectations! I was in no doubt this was due to Crane & Co’s expert marketing and knowledgeable team. My sale was then progressed by Amy with Katie the office manager overseeing, I was constantly updated at every stage by either phone or email and I never felt in the dark. Upon exchange I got a very thoughtful ‘moving home checklist’, which came in handy. What I thought would be an incredibly stressful time, was actually rather easy and stress free. Although admittedly their fee was higher than the rest, I truly believe and was proven right on this occasion ‘you get what you pay for!’ What more can I say… I honestly can’t thank you all enough. You all did a tremendous job! Joshua.

Steve was very helpful at communicating all parts of the process and informed us lots of information that sometimes our solicitor didn't! Would definately recommend to anyone selling in Eastbourne. 18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The receptionists at both offices, Debbie & Laura, were efficient, cheery & helpful. All the sales staff that I spoke to were good, especially Peter.
