18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We had 4 estate agents come round to value our house. We instantly warmed to Jeremy and really trusted his valuation and honest feedback. His valuation was spot on and the experience we received from start to finish was outstanding. Jenny and Emma in particular were incredible, always pushing to get us exchanged as quickly as possible as we’d already moved our children’s schools so in a rush! They worked so well with our solicitors and the rest of the chain but most importantly they were brilliant with me who’s normally a complete stress head. We are currently selling another property in another area and I can honestly say the estate agents are nowhere near as good. JDM get 5 stars, they were absolutely brilliant! Thank you!

17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

He was great at moving the process forward, probably the most proactive person in the whole chain. I think he really helped to get things moving, and was a friendly and professional person to communicate with throughout the process.

Ellie's resilience and confidence was inspiring. She listened to our needs and kept us updated. I wasn't the easiest of clients but Ellie maintained her professionalism and calmness and persevered. I don't know who was more happy when the house finally got sold - Ellie or Me - we both cried! It's been a long road. Thank you Ellie, Kapil and the team. Ever grateful for making our dream come true.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They kept us up to speed with every step of the process. The process is all online so it is easy and smooth. 16th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I've had a disappointing experience dealing with Arber, who is responsible for renting our property. He has consistently paid us late, despite repeated reminders and excuses. Even after we formally handed in our notice and requested that tenants pay us directly, he failed to follow through. Despite terminating our contract, he continued to manage our account and still paid us late. It makes me wonder how many other landlords he's treating this way. On the contrary, Charlie, whom I've dealt with in the past when selling my house, is professional and a pleasure to work with. It's unfortunate that Arber's unprofessionalism has tainted our experience. I wouldn't recommend renting with this company. Save your money and find a more reliable option.
3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I bought my first home through Langford Russell. Nathan Robinson was very helpful throughout the journey. He was always available to give us access to the property during the sale as we required multiple contractors to give us a quote for refurbishment as soon as we get the keys. On one occassion Nathan came down on Sunday (non working day for him). Seller side solicitors were not very prompt and that became a big problem because we had to complete within certain time due to various factors. Nathan was continously working to resolve all outstanding queries. So overall we are very happy with his services and would recommend.
