We ended up purchasing a property via JDM Locksbottom which made the comms so much easier & a big shout out to Emma who navigated us through the process, taking time to keep us informed along the way. 19th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)I had a fantastic experience finding a property to rent with Pierre. Pierre is particularly accomplished at making the stressful experience stress-free and straightforward. He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!
14th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)10/10 would recommend! Wendy, Tina, Ashley and the team at Maguire Baylis have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process of buying my first home! I can not recommend Macquire Baylis enough, and they have made the process as smooth as it can be. I endeavoured a lot of challenges with solicitors but the team at Maguire Baylis went above and beyond, explaining things my solicitor failed to explain, and helping progress the purchase from start to end, persevering despite the challenges and getting us to complete. I can not thank them enough!

Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

15th May 2026 (5 days ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

8th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Black & Blanc to sell my mother's house ahead of a move to Oxfordshire. Everything from start to finish was managed fantastically well and given my mother is an elderly woman with dementia, handled her sensitively and brilliantly. This was a difficult chain with late complications and a tight timeframe but the whole move was done in under 3 months. That it got done at all was down to the tenacity, professionalism and proactivity of the team there - our negotiator Rhianna in particular, supported by the co-founder Kapil at the business end - in particular in pushing solicitors all across the chain and leaving nothing to chance. Yes, this agent is a little more expensive than some agents but they are so worth it - you don't want to cut corners on something as stressful as a house move. Highly recommended!
