It was more complicated than some due to probate but Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward supported us through the process and kept all parties up to date and "on side". I would like to make a special mention of Emma who was a great calming influence and helped enormously with the photos.
2nd Sep 2024 (11 days ago)DISREPUTABLE Contacted this agent three times with no response. Office said Lizzie was dealing with the property and would get back. No reply. The property was falsely advertised as available but was no doubt "under wraps" Lizzie did not exist ( did not eventuate!) Previously this agent also undervalued my property by 80,000 compared with other market estimates

Other agents may well of given up but Homecastle didn't until the sale was over the line. Professional, polite and excellent communication at all times.

27th Aug 2024 (17 days ago)Hannah was great to work with during the process of viewing a property and all the way to completion! She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She was always around to help if we had any questions and came back to us very quickly! James also was a great help when Hannah wasn't around when it came to any updates or any questions we may have haved. They were both quick to respond via email and easy to talk to over the phone / in person. Buying a house is always a stressful process but Hannah and James took that stress away and helped in making the process move on smoothly. I'd definitely use Allen De Maid WW in the future whether buying or selling! :)

I found Jake to be extremely efficient and accommodating during the viewing process. He has good local knowledge and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I ended up buying in a totally different area but would have definitely bought through Jake if I hadn't!

24th May 2024 (16 weeks ago)I want to give Steve and his team at West Wickham a 5 star review. Steve was fantastic and worked so hard to make our chain work. We sold through him and unfortunately we had very difficult chain. But with his experience and hard work , working very closely with the agent for our purchase, they pulled it together. We received a lot of help and very good advice and I would definitely recommend Steve and his team, they were brilliant May-24

4th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)We had to liaise with them for a house sale in Bromley a couple of years ago and we found that Stuart wasn’t very flexible in terms of negotiating an exchange and completion date and instead of allowing both side to get to a compromise he took a n inflexible stance which obviously worked best for his clients, but not for everyone else involved in the process. We appreciate that he was acting on their behalf, but believe he could have adopted a more inclusive, fairer approach to make the process smoother for everyone.

3rd Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)We decided to sell our house with Anthony Martin as they were recommended to us, The process of selling was explained by Tarkan very well, Our property was on the market with photo's within a week , Our sales progressor Amelia was fantatic, she answered emails within the hour any time of day or evening and was very efficient with the phone calls and professional throughout, Amelia was on hand from the very start up to the point of us getting our keys for our new house. we never felt alone through this very stressful time, Thankyou Amelia, Tarkan and Joe you were all fantastic

His knowledge of the market was great which led to us not only achieving a great price for our home, but this also happened within two weeks. Everything he said would happen, came to pass. This meant we could act fast once we found our next home. He was swift with communication, and even offered advice on our search and the wider buying/selling process. If we had any questions, we knew we could simply drop him a text and receive an answer in a short amount of time. Given his history at local estate agencies too, it meant he had a great network of professionals who he could recommend, such as solicitors and removal people. Would definitely recommend Goatley Hirst.
29th Aug 2024 (15 days ago)Aidan and Chris were exceptional! I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to sell their property. I was initially only purchasing a property through them, however after a large, well known estate agent that was listing my property were failing to get it under offer, I switched the sale over to BR as well. They marketed the property very well and managed to get it under offer in a fraction of the time that it was listed with the other agent. Their communication and attentiveness throughout the whole process made it so easy. Having the confidence that you can pick up the phone and call them with any problem or question, knowing they will answer and take ownership of the issue is worth it’s weight in gold - something you will not find at a big estate agents with many employees.
