He was very friendly and accommodating with my viewing in a group. He was also candid and gave honest advice on things he felt are good/bad personally. Would highly recommend!

Both were very helpful and able to answer my questions about the properties and have continued with their assistance during what has been a very hectic time. I would definitely recommend the team from Robinson Jackson when viewing properties. I can’t thank you enough for your understanding and help at this time.
5th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Capital Estate Agents Bromley are undoubtedly the best estate agents we've ever worked with. While we were in South Africa, my wife and I had everything sorted—work contracts, visas, finances—everything a landlord could hope for. However, as soon as estate agents heard we were moving from overseas, they would end the call. Out of 30 people we contacted, only Capital Estate Agents Bromley, specifically Ryan, took the time to speak with us. We recently had a second viewing with Derek, which was handled very professionally. They always dress impeccably and speak well-pronounced English, which is quite rare these days.

James has been so helpful and has kept me up to date with progress at every step. I feel like I received a really personal service, for which I am really grateful for. I would highly recommend Alan De Maid Orpington! ????
10th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review. Edit: Point of criticism/feedback: They should make it known more clearly than expecting or asking someone to read the Ts and Cs that they're allowed to pass on your details to utility companies as it was rather stressful to discover when I had attempts from companies to set things up and emails telling me they had, the utility companies that is and I prefer to do things myself. And ask if you want them to pass on your details or not. As when I asked about that they said it's possible. Constructive intended feedback ^

12th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)We had fantastic experience buying a house through Jamie at Langford Russell in Chislehurst. We had a large search area so registered with a lot of agents, and Jamie was by far the most proactive. He really took the time to properly understand what we wanted and made sure that we didn’t waste time viewing houses that didn’t tick all the boxes. He didn’t pass us off to colleagues in different branches like other agents did, which was a huge help. He kept us frequently informed throughout the whole process all the way up to completion, and also resolved a few issues that came up during the legal process. We’re hoping not to move house again but, if we did, we’d be instructing Jamie to sell our house without hesitation.

Stephen was super efficient, professional and friendly from the first moment. He managed to find different properties for us to view within minutes and planned everything around our busy schedules. 25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)I met Ivan 4 years ago and we kept in touch, he was the only Agent out of a bunch that I met who was completely down-to-earth and professional. When it came time to sell my property in Orpington I knew who to call. Ivan and Glenn have been a wonderfully supportive team looking after the selling of my property, clear feedback, and always keeping me in the loop. They worked tirelessly even having to hold my hand and explain how some things in the UK property market are different from house sales in NZ or Scotland. Being polite to my neighbors, and keeping me calm when I didn't understand the process. With patience and a smile, I adore these two and they got my house sold all done and dusted in 8 weeks from offer to completion and exchange. Highly recommend. I would look no further 4years ago Ivan was lovely to meet and chat too, a very clear and straight forward valuation, this guy and his team really know the area and I would be happy to sell through them, open on Sundays and anytime viewings now that's dedication.

1st Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)If your homeless and get offered a property managed by this company do yourself a favour and stay on the streets this company will violate your basic human rights . When it says all bills inclusive they ain't they expect you to do their job for them run around topping gas up 2 weeks without a washing machine and apx response to the request from tenants in building to rectify this is to lie constantly and to blame landlady am hoping to be as far away from apx in next few weeks. I have blocked apx properties from contacting me I want nothing to do with them and if you got half a brain cell you will do the same

25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)We bought a property through Galloways and I has been an experience full of pressure. First of all, they sent someone to the property who does not know a single thing about the property. It seems she had to cover for his colleague, I don't blame her, but from the company side does not look great. During the offer process I could see how they were trying to milks us as much money as possible, they were describing it as "I tried to convince the owners", "I put a good word for you", BUT "we have more viewings", "you will loose the property etc... Clearly they did not put a good word because as soon as we did not want to give more money, they accepted in a matter of hours. They were just scheming how to take all the money the could. During the purchase process, they were calling ALL the time complaining about my solicitors, I felt forced to get involved when it was contrary to what my solicitors said. It is supposed to be a process managed between solicitors, but they had to even threat us with losing the property because our solicitor was not happy with their replies. Now at our property, we have seen there might be a mould issue and suddenly a hole in the floor. Our surveyor did not spot this, however, if this agency knew, they did not say anything. After speaking with several people (we are first time buyers) this is what all the state agents do, I guess we could consider they did what they were supposed to do.
