Our queries have been answered extremely fast and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. They have made our whole moving process really easy which we are so grateful for. Highly recommend.

They have gone above and beyond to help me find my new home and I honestly couldn't speak highly enough of the Team but especially Laura Yemm. She has been incredible throughout and continuously after. nothing has been too much trouble and even checking in and remembering the little details about you and your new home which was such a lovely touch and even made my day. This has been so lovely and welcoming The Team at Cheffins have been great and I recommend them to anyone looking to rent, buy and sell! Jade and Christina have also been amazing throughout my journey and I couldn't thank them all enough! 10/10 Recommend. Thank you again, so much.

Tireless in her campaign to find the right tenant and keep on top of regular inspections she has been great, keeps us in the loop the whole time, fearless but always with a smile on her face.

Particularly in recent months we have had a great deal of assistance from Shaheen, who not only has managed to find good local resources for updating the property but has always been at the end of the phone to advise and help.

21st Nov 2024 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely nothing negative to feedback! We liaised with lots of estate agents during our search for our home but our experience with Sharman Quinney was by far the best. We dealt with Sam, who was fab and had A LOT of patience with my endless phone calls and questions/requests, even beyond the completion date. Sam was very professional, accommodating and personable! I had never heard of Sharman Quinney Estate Agents before but I would not hesitate to use them again! Thank you!

6th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)I would like to take this opportunity expressing my deep appreciation for the two earnest and responsible colleagues from this Company, Ms. Hannah and Ms. Laura who work professionally and patiently in this letting agency project to provide highly efficient and remarkable achievements for their customer. I could settle down at Royston was a typical reference. However, this two colleagues have not only excellent executive ability, also their working cooperation degree are well developed with immediate response. Unlike my previous experience of the similar case come across in other letting agent Company by requesting me to wait one week until the return of their on vacation staff, Laura helped me to solve a problem in a adhoc query when Hannah was on her roster leave.

The property was marketed quickly and they listened to my feedback about how I wanted the advert. They were able to be responsive with organising viewings quickly, and their strategy for getting the best price was really effective. They were good at communicating and respectful to my tenants as I wasn't living nearby. They also managed some difficult communication from my buyer and helped make sure that the outcome was good. Many thanks too all three of you for your help and support during what is undeniable a stressful process! Sophie
