Persistence by the team ensured that despite some legal process delays the transaction was completed. Our house was well marketed and under offer very quickly. Louise was outstanding, always in contact with me and giving me updates. In particular Ian is,without doubt, very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend using his company.
29th Mar 2025 (21 days ago)We were impressed by the photography and drone footage that Oakheart created to market the house. The sale took longer than expected, and the eventual price achieved was less than forecast. However we acknowledge that this was a property with potential, but requiring considerable modernistion, so would have appealed to a limited audience. Our 5* rating was in no small part due to Amy Lillistone, the Oakheart Sales Progressor, who did a brilliant job "chasing the chain" to ensure that completion was effected before the increase in stamp duty.
