11th Jun 2025 (27 days ago)They deserve ZERO, disgusting service, I have been chasing them for months, they acknowledge first and totally ignore the request, to get someone on the phone is impossible, the person you looking for is always out and the person take the call and supposed to pass the message perhaps bin the message after the phone call, it's been the case for last 2 months, I am not recommend them for any of their services, stay away from these unprofessional people.

6th Jun 2025 (5 weeks ago)Andy & the team at Temme English was faultless. I’ve recently begin refurbishing homes and will certainly be using these guys again. Firstly I had Andy over to guide us of the local market and his knowledge of the area is unmatched to every other agent we had round, he knew the road and property inside out. He valued it at market price and took professional pictures and marketed it to a five star standard. You know what follows next we sold it within 24 hours! The aftercare that followed was the same level of service Andy showed, chasing solicitors, mortgage brokers etc we really had an amazing experience with Andy & the team. It really is no surprise they are the top selling estate agent within Wickford int he last 5 years now, a true gem of an office.

From our first viewing with Gemma on the property we have now purchased, followed up by Richard who viewed our property, and prepared extremely professional details - which ensured we tied a sale up within weeks. In the current market that was excellent. Tim has been nothing short of brilliant with the progression, ensuring that we exchanged within 14 weeks of our offer being accepted. The communication with the whole team has been first class. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of moving to instruct David Burr, and if you purchase with them definitely use them to sell your property. The team have traditional values, with good moral standards, which in today's world goes along way.- 1st Jul 2025 (7 days ago)I requested a viewing through rightmove and was called straight away by Emma to arrange this viewing. We had Georgia do our viewing, she was professional, confident and answered all the questions we had. We then had the lovely Suzanne for the sales progression, this women went above a beyond for us. We was kept updated the whole way through and even when times were a bit uncertain she was on the other end of the phone reasurring me that it would be ok and she wasn't wrong! I want to thank all the ladies we dealt with while purchasing but especially Thank you Suzzane!!!!

During us purchasing the property we dealt with Poppy who was always on hand to answer any of our questions/queries and always came back to us very quickly. We then got moved onto Doug the sales progressor who also was always on the other end of the phone if we needed any help. Would highly recommend Intercounty Dunmow!

After reading lots of reveiws about solicitors local to Chelmsford,I chose Leonard Gray. The Receptionist was very helpful and explained that the solicitor we needed to see was Sigourney Rutkowski and an appointment was made. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome and the atmosphere was friendly,but professional. Sigourney herself turned out to be and absolutely delightful young woman,friendly and personable. She explained the whole process to us very clearly and advised us as to the best course of action when we explained our various needs and wishes. Only a week later we received the new Wills through the post and at our next appointment these were reviewed and signed by us in front of the witness supplied by the solicitors. Sigourney made the whole process very easy for us,nothing was too much trouble and the service was quite exceptional. We would recommend Leonard Gray LLP Solicitors and particularly SIgourney,without a moment's hesitation. I spoke with Matt initially to seek advice to ensure I reached the maximum value of the home I'd lived in for 19 years. Once I'd made a few changes, Matt visited and took brilliant photos of my home. My home was then entered onto the market via RightMove later the same day and achieved an offer over the asking price within 3 days. The communication I received from Kinghts and the recommend solicitor throughout the process was excellent and took a total of eleven weeks from listing to moving day. My neighbour has also just listed their property with Knights following my recommendation. Happy, happy, happy ????

2nd Jul 2025 (6 days ago)I always knew when it came to selling my house I would use Oakhaart due to the amount of business that was lost to them working in estate agency in Colchester for years and, I figured they must be good… I couldn’t have been more right. These guys have absolutely smashed it and I would never recommend anyone else. They had my house on the market within hours and then sold it within 10 days to a great buyer. Amy in sales progression has been nothing short of a hero and has made what was a difficult time in our lives a lot easier. I will forever be grateful for this company, their team and they incredible services they offer. They have changed the Colchester market for the better. Thank you Oakheart!

My house was on with another agent but absolutely no interest Tom came to see me within 2 weeks he had sold for me. 22 years living in my home & what i thought would be a nightmare I can honestly say that Tom the team are simply magnificent I would recommend anyone who is looking to sell get in contact with Tom & his team 5 stars all the way. Tom even called me to congratulate me on exchanging today he went out of his way this evening to call me to see if I was ok knowing how nervous I was about it all going ahead. Tom & your team are absolutely amazing I’m forever thankful & grateful. Would recommend 100 percent ??

We'd had our property listed with a well known high street agent for 3 months and they'd failed to sell it and kept pressuring us to reduce the price. Galloways then saved the day and sold our property within the first few viewings! I can't fault them, personal, reliable service and really did know their market, I only wish we'd instructed them at the start. Thank you to Steve, Ryan and the team, a pleasure to deal with in every interaction and have really eased whats been a very stressful 6 months for us. 8 weeks from sale to completion, would whole heartily recommend!
