Communication was regular and I was kept informed, sometimes on a daily basis, as to progress. Shane, especially, went beyond my expectations to resolve some urgent issues. The rest of the team were very attentive and friendly and the sale went through without fuss and on schedule. Well done, highly recommended.
1st Apr 2026 (2 days ago)For sale board left outside the wrong house completely. Several phone calls over many weeks and board is still at the wrong house plus another board dumped on the ground in the same area.

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

23rd Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I should have went with Knight Residential from the start to sell my house. After 8 weeks with no viewings, I asked Matt to place my house one the market with Knight’s. Wishing a few days, we had multiple viewings and an offer made and excepted. Matt then passed me over to Lorraine, who knew we had a quick turnaround needed of 6 weeks. Lorraine went above snd beyond, not that she would ever say she did. Each week she would make contact to provide updates, she would work with the buyer and our solicitors to ensure a swift smooth sale. Lorraine is now selling my letting property and everything again is going just as smoothly as. I would recommend Knight Residential, not just to sell, but to provide expert advice, guidance and if I were to purchase, let or sell again, I would not hesitate to go direct to Knight’s. Thank you.

Kasey took the time to answer my questions, provide useful advice, and was always friendly and approachable. There was never any pressure, just genuine support throughout my search. That level of service really stood out, and I’m very grateful for the time and effort Kasey put in. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a helpful and professional estate agent.
1st Apr 2026 (2 days ago)We used lux homes to sell our property and I’m so glad we did. Alex was Amazing as we had a few hiccups along the way he was always reassuring and so professional. Even though it took a while Alex was there to work through any problems as was Sophie who also was there whenever we needed any advice. As stressful as moving is lux homes Hornchurch was so helpful I fully recommend using them for there wonderful service they provided Thank you guys

They have provided a fantastic service by communicating clearly, being friendly and helpful, and always taking the time to respond to any queries or issues. Compared to other letting agents I have been with, this is by far the best one out there. Ben Vainola was super helpful during my time as a tenant. If I ever had any requests or queries Ben would always be quick to respond with a solution. I always felt reassured by having Ben as my letting agent as he was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Ben would even respond out of hours and was always quick to resolve any concerns or answer any queries.

30th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)Terry always kept us updated on the process of the move good experience nothing was too much trouble sold our property in 3 days- 5th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)I recently sold my house with colubrid and cannot fault them , my house was sold within 2 weeks. We had around 30 viewings in the first week with several offers. I was kept up to date at every stage, we had a buyer pull out and the next day they had another buyer at the same offer ready to go. Special mention to Joshua who did the valuation , he made me feel at ease straight away and I trusted he could sell the house quickly. The whole team are really friendly and easy to get in touch with.
