They were constantly updating us on potential buyers and always gave really helpful feedback following the viewings. The Branch Manager Shelley Smith and her team were outstanding from start to finish and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

Karis from Mann estate agents was helpful in setting up potential buyers to view our house and in helping me with viewing flats to buy. I found her very personable, and knowledgeable. It really does help when you're doing this for the first time when you're quite nervous about the whole thing. House sale and flat buying are now going through. 10th May 2021 (2 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.
1st Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Left the property last August and still waiting to get our deposit back. Taking the steps now to take legal action against them, it seems that we are not the only ones being abused. They even came inside of our property when we were still living there without our authorisation. If anyone had issues with them please contact me via Facebook, Paola Crespo Lombardia, so we can build a case against them together

30th Apr 2024 (5 days ago)Initially they talked the talk and were very helpful but once the property was sold they started pushing for us to move out early (which we refused to do) presumably so they could get their commission. The communication in the period between sale and completion was minimal from their side until Ozzie became the "contact" person and we cannot praise him enough.
