2nd Aug 2025 (19 weeks ago)We had a terrible managing agent before switching to Redwood, who have been nothing short of excellent. I’m genuinely surprised by some of the negative reviews, as our experience has been the complete opposite. If people want to know what poor management looks like, they should see what we dealt with previously! Redwood have been clear, straightforward and have made everything much simpler. I feel very reassured in their hands.

He also said Parris could handle the viewings (as I have 2 bouncy dogs!). Sold the property after 3 viewings. I was always contacted to arrange viewings and feedback was given- when provided by prospective buyers. Anita also dealt with our sale and was always friendly and helpful. Both were available by phone and email with quick response times. They made it as painless as possible! Thank you. Brenda and Mark

Doug and Jen have been superb, with prompt service, excellent communication, great attention to detail, and in the midst of what is one of the most stressful experiences, we have had loads of laughs! I wholeheartedly recommend them, what a team, what great people!

Got through too Sukh, from that moment he assured me it will me fine and will do his very best too help me. He went above and beyond too find us the perfect property for myself and children, so reassuring and did his very best too meet our needs as a family, I found the perfect property for us and he was fast and efficient too get us though referencing too secure our perfect home. I can not thank him enough for making this such an easy process. Not forgetting the other staff, Holly and Alexia both also amazing and very welcoming. 100% recommended from me

From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

Demetri progressed the purchase all of the way through; taking just 3 months to complete. He kept us well informed and really kept on top of the communication between solicitors and other estate agents making the whole process quite stress free. Would highly recommend.
26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
