From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

Landlord unreliable. Disrespectful. Please do your research before renting a place under Chris Anthony. Everyone at Britannia house has been handed a random section 21 out of no where.

Whilst it was a difficult move due to poor solicitors on all sides, Julian went above and beyond to help get things moving through-out the process. 15th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a long drawn out buying experience with a property that wasn't straight forward. It took 6 months to complete. I liked Yesmine straight away. She showed us around and was off to the Tottenham cup winners parade which I thought was very character defining. Daniel in the office may disagree? Yesmine was open, communicative and present throughout the process. She is very patient, straight forward and experienced. It was also pleasant meeting Nyree who handed me the keys just before Xmas. I think this office has a good team in place.

Viewings were handled nicely, The estate agent kept the chain together when things got tricky, The professionalism was just great, proactive, Calm under pressure, I needed help with documents and he was very willing to help me with these, which I was very grateful, I would use them again & suggest them to others.
