8th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I just went through the renting process with Churchs. Shermaine was extremely helpful throughout the process and exuded professionalism. Her communication was excellent, and she was constantly assuring me and my wife throughout the process. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with an estate agent to use them. A year later John helped us move into our current home. He went out of his way to ensure we got a bigger house ,at a chepaer price in a much more nicer Neighbourhood. Would highly recommend again and again .

Mr Bulent is without a doubt the key foundation at Peter Barry , and we held every confidence with them due to his presence and conduct. The viewing to completing contracts was as easy as 1.2.3. My partner and I highly recommend and cannot praise them and him especially enough. Thank you guys for impeccable service. 5 stars simply ain’t enough. ????????

After dealing with another local estate agent and having the most horrendous experience with them I thought it couldn’t be possible to find an honest, friendly and professional estate agent, well look no further and save yourselves the stress, heartache, money and disappointment, I so wish I had used Kirby Colletti in the first instance. Kirby Coletti have been outstanding, they were excellent in every way possible and are truly superior to any other estate agents that I have had any dealings with ?????????? We sold and purchased from them and they amazed us from day one, they exceeded all our expectations and kept us updated on every step of they way, they were always courteous, honest and professional. 11th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We were informed - after being told we had an offer accepted and paying a holding deposit - that the property we intended to rent had been given to someone else, seemingly because of shoddy communication on the part of View - who later claimed they had “found required documents we had sent in Spam”. Advertised terms were ignored and we were left having handed in our notice’s with a worrying search to find somewhere else quickly because of View’s incompetence. Would strongly advise against using.

6th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling! Do not use this agent to rent your property! No communication, ignored and left thousands of pounds in debt. Didn’t provide any viewings and allowed tenant to destroy my property. Continually lied and betrayed any faith in them. Trying to evict tenant for 8 month and they even lied about that, solicitor never heard of them! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Estate agents are not universally well regarded but Alex showed clear integrity where it was needed and I would have no hesitation in asking him to act for us again.

Mark was highly responsive to emails, promptly addressed any issues in the flat, and was accomodating to any requests from our end. As both an estate agent and landlord, he made the rental process smooth, stress-free and very transparent. I would highly recommend Mark and this agency.

20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
