After dealing with another local estate agent and having the most horrendous experience with them I thought it couldn’t be possible to find an honest, friendly and professional estate agent, well look no further and save yourselves the stress, heartache, money and disappointment, I so wish I had used Kirby Colletti in the first instance. Kirby Coletti have been outstanding, they were excellent in every way possible and are truly superior to any other estate agents that I have had any dealings with ?????????? We sold and purchased from them and they amazed us from day one, they exceeded all our expectations and kept us updated on every step of they way, they were always courteous, honest and professional. Kirby Coletti are truly the Best Estate Agents in all of Hertfordshire. A Big Well Done To Nino, Micheal, Freddie, Sally and all the wonderful Team. Thank you All, Mr & Mrs Di Cesare.

14th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)I would not recommended to anyone thinking of renting from Chamberlains in Enfield. Sadly we we have to leave a bad review as we rented from them since 2017 and all was ok until we moved. the property was not in great shape when we moved in but it was habitable and convenient for us. We were never late and always paid on time and our yearly inspections were done and no issues. Sadly when one of the owners passed away the decision was taken to sell the property - they informed us and served us eviction papers which was actually quite insulting given our previous excellent history of renting from Chamberlains. We moved out as requested and did not think there would be an issue with getting our deposit back of £1700 but appreciated that it would take some time. The property was inspected by a female manager and once the house was empty emptied and Chamberlains were then saying we were not entitled to any of our deposit stating a whole list of complete fabricated things that needed doing. The property was very old - the kitchen probably dated back to 1980's and the carpets had all most likely been fitted in that period also. We then took our case to the Rent Guarantee Panel and discovered they had planted items around the house which were not ours - taken pictures and said that we had left things behind. Items planted were garden chairs, flower plants, cutlery, plates and various other items. We had lived in the property for 6 years and had always kept it cleaned and maintained. The moment the deposit was due back to us there was a problem and a big one at that. Very dishonest and underhanded to keep money from two very hard working people. This is why estate agents have such bad names and reputations. You may wonder why I have taken the time to write this -its is because we only received a small percentage of our deposit. i have struggled long and hard whether I should leave a poor review about our treatment and to prevent it happening to others. Yesterday my husband drove past the property and took pictures of a skip outside where the property has been stripped and completely gutted. My question to Chamberlains today has been where did our money go? Was this fraudulent as the property was not rented out again and has been completely gutted - I presume by a buyer? I would advise to check out the agents before you rent to avoid it happening to anyone else.

6th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling! Do not use this agent to rent your property! No communication, ignored and left thousands of pounds in debt. Didn’t provide any viewings and allowed tenant to destroy my property. Continually lied and betrayed any faith in them. Trying to evict tenant for 8 month and they even lied about that, solicitor never heard of them! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

30th Oct 2023 (5 mo. ago)I never normally write reviews but in this particular instance I thought Richard and Toni at Lowthers Estate agents fully deserve to be recognised for their tremendous efforts during the sale of my property. Upon completion we soon realised that we had been dealing with each other for approximately 12 months following 3 different buyers due to a range of different issues along with the ever changing dynamics of the housing market. However despite all this, Lowthers remained thoroughly professional, committed and adaptive with their approach throughout the entire process always making me feel up to date and comfortable. I honestly believe most agents would have given up but they remained confident with the task which ended with a great result. I will definitely be using Lowthers in the future when I decide to sell my next property and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.

He was very lovely and even engaged with my son (about football ????????), when I brought him with me to collect my car. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
