We had initial viewing with Jane, who was incredibly friendly and helpful by answering all our questions about the property and submitting our offer. We continued and completed the process with Claire, who was very professional and diligent, helped us throughout the process and resolved all of the issues we encountered. Thank you all!

6th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Tasked with finding the right estate agent to market and sell my parents' house I met six agents, but for a variety of reasons I couldn't settle on any of them. Then I met Nicky at Hamptons and instantly felt she offered the professionalism and support I'd need. It wasn't because she gave the highest valuation of the house. On the contrary, Nicky's valuation was actually the lowest (but as events proved, the most realistic). But at that first meeting I felt she knew the local market inside out, and possessed the well-honed instincts that only deep experience can bring. Some people just radiate "trust me, I know EXACTLY what I'm doing". I assumed her team must be similarly great, and I was right. Everyone seemed to have a hand in the process, but Mark took the lead and was exceptional in both his constant communication (no detail of the process was too small to pass on to me), and his counsel whenever we encountered a wobble or needed advice. And from everyone at Hamptons, warmth and humour to make a tricky process a little easier. To anyone looking for the right estate agent to help you buy or sell, you'll find them at Hamptons in Whetstone. Like many other reviewers here, I can't recommend the team highly enough.

They took our property from another agent who did nothing and gave us a no nonsense service with a straight forward aim to sell. These guys know what they’re doing. From initial consultation with Hussain to concluding the transaction they exceeded expectations. They are knowledgable about the local market and offer an honest and realistic appraisal. They are courteous and organised in managing the bookings too, with dedicated WhatsApp groups and regular updates. Couldn’t recommend more. Nice one, Pio ????

12th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)Worst letting agent that I have ever dealt with! Warren is unprofessional and lies. Was promised an inventory would be done over and over again. This did not happen. He then lied and told us that "we" said the property was to old for one (it was built in the 60's!). Why would we do that when its in our best interest to have one! Needless to say the property was left in a state! Do yourself a favour and either rent with another agent, who knows what they are doing or do it yourself on Open Rent.
17th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)Please avoid renting with them at all costs! You will never get your deposit back. Our flat was 30+ year old and tired as you would expect, which we accepted when we moved in. We lived there only 11 months as the house was poorly insulated, we even had ice inside the house in the winter months, they never fixed it (among other things) so we decided to leave the flat. To our surprise, when we handed over the house, they brought their 'expert', a guy called Mark who has been with them for ages, as an 'independent' inspector, who obviously isn't. They will claim all kinds of non existent changes and damages and deduct if from your deposit! they event claimed is our fault that a crack appeared on the ceiling! AVOID!

They listed my property with beautiful pictures and found me a buyer very quickly. My sale process was slow due to solicitor debates but Hiten was so helpful throughout the process. He liaised with my buyer on my behalf and kept me up to date with things I needed to know. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and integrity in an estate agent. A pleasure to work with you and thanks again for your service.
