The home selling process can sometimes be daunting, but the entire knights team were fantastic every step of the way. They had an offer on our property one day after it was launched and sold within three days. We had three valuations from different estate agents and from our first meeting Scott was more open and honest and explained everything in great detail. They were always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. They also greatly understood the housing market in our area, which allowed us to market our property correctly and get a deal that exceeded our expectations. Beyond their expertise and professionalism, the team was amicable and kind throughout my home buying process. They answered all my questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring I fully understood what I was doing and why it was necessary. I’m so glad I chose Knights for selling my house. Their knowledge and experience, combined with their patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. Luke took the time to find out what we were looking for and was quick to answer any questions we had. Once he found a place that he thought would suit us he called and got the ball rolling almost instantly, which saved us a lot of time and stress. Overall the process was smooth and we are So grateful for all the help !

He was understanding and accommodating with arranging viewings as we both worked from home. We had a specific time frame we wanted to complete by due to moving across country and childcare which Patrick was supportive with and helped to push our solicitors to ensure we were moved in time. Would definitely recommend Patrick and Bourne.

18th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

20th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Just had an amazing chat with the manager from prospects stating that the agent I was using were basically rubbish, when challenged regarding his comments he stated "I'm just being honest" I then said that I don't want to do business with people who make these kind of statements, the call came to an end with him saying "well good luck" in a really condescending way.... What a way to run a company. I'm still amazed by what he said
