Seymours and especially Kirsty were so patient and professional, keeping my parents updated at all times, they also kept my parents reassured throughout the process. Thank you so much for all your hard work, support and patience - I can't recommend Seymours strongly enough.

A local, independent Estate agents with great communication throughout the process, as well as a proactive approach, which I very much appreciated as a vendor. They are great at building relationships with buyers too so that really facilitated the process. Would highly recommend.

The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.

It ended up being perfect. Was kept informed throughout the process even when there were difficulties. All the staff are very kind & good at their jobs
23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)After dealing with a terrible estate agent we used Knights in the end. Their communication was great and we sold fairly quickly although had to take a drop in value. We also viewed lots of properties through them. Scott was particularly helpful.

6th Jul 2024 (21 days ago)Totally recommend! The team at Curchods was very professional and went above and beyond on many occasions. I thought the property would be difficult to sell, but i priced as advised, and a buyer was found in 2 days. It got a bit fraught as we had to wait for probate, but that's only to be expected. The team at Curchods took most of the stress away, and they were worth every penny. Would use again.

The team has been very proactive and helpful right from the first viewing to contract exchange. In particular we’d like to thank Charlie for his patience with multiple viewings, calls and insights and Tom, Archie and Sandra for all their assistance. Hoping to get to closing smoothly!

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
