She understands what I need and suggests some houses to me actively. In viewing houses, she explains the features and responses to my questions about the house. We have good communication during the process. Although, I purchased a house through another agents, I was amazed by her professional and friendly attitude to her clients.

We received a hugely personable service - underpinned by genuine sincerity and a willingness to champion our corner as a buyer. Some of the other high street players in Guildford could certainly do with a lesson or 2 from Mel around relationship building and effective communication. Highly recommended...

It has been a rollercoaster 8 months but she was fantastic; professional, clear and I have always felt put our needs first as well as having a laugh with us in good moments and being understanding in our more difficult moments. She was a star and I can’t thank her enough.

At a particularly stressful time for us Stuart and Lynne were incredibly supportive. They guided us through the entire rental process with great care and invaluable advice. I cannot fault the efficiency, professionalism and friendly communication of the rental team - Stefanie, Jessica and Daisy. Any maintenance issue is dealt with speedily and most importantly we have the peace of mind that both the house and tenants are in safe hands.
