9th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)I let my flat via Daniels as I was living abroad, unfortunately I trusted them more than I should have and the flat was returned in a terrible condition, utterly filthy and broken. They also did not manage the tenants or check the flat was cleaned. Do not leave your property in their hands!
3rd Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Used Mischa and Co to sell a house, and subsequently buy/sell a flat to my brother. George handled all the transactions. Was super helpful from start to finish. Went way over and beyond in a number of instances, Inc to organise the right solicitors for us. Communication was regular, clear and concise. Highly recommend. Would only use the this firm in fiture for any property matters. Thanks so much for all your help and making this less stressful. Truly appreciated

7th Apr 2022 (2 years ago)It was great dealing with Infinity, and Kam In particular, who oversaw our sale. We had a lot of holdups on the buyer’s side, which was stressful, but Kam really helped to reassure us and tried to make a rocky process smoother!
3rd Apr 2024 (30 days ago)As an estate agent myself for 20+ years, the service received from this branch and in particular Steve was the worst I have ever come across. My daughter as a first time buyers experience should have been an exciting happy time. When offering on a shared ownership flat, no one got back to her and we chased for answers for over 3 weeks. I personally spoke to Steve to find out what was happening, as this was holding her up from looking at other properties. He advised that he was chasing the housing association but couldn't get hold of them and that my daughter was his priority. We were continuously promised calls back and never had them. To our surprise this morning the flat has come up on Rightmove and Zoopla as sold, no phone call to explain what happened with our offer. To say my daughter and I feel disappointed and let down is an understatement. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is what gives the estate agents a bad name.

They were really helpful in the initial search for a property to move into and they promptly responded to any queries I had about the property & the move.

27th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)- 168999 stars. Lying on the ad saying availablr immediately, agent not coming for the viewing, scaming for 'holding deposit' money for 4 walls window and door alredy occupied with squaters, lying in the face, money gone bye bye, no response by 'move in date'. Thanks.

Their communication is excellent. Always someone there to talk to. You will not be disappointed if you use this estate agency.
14th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Had a terrible experience trying to view a property as potential tenant. The agent's office first called to postpone by 5-10 min as they were running late, I was fine with that, I was already in the area and didn't need to rush But when I struggled to locate the property in the area, though I was very close to it and couldn't find an entrance, they wouldn't help. Kept telling me off that other parties were able to locate the entrance so it's just my fault. I was on phone with them for over 10 mins, after which they said we are going to cancel my appointment because now I was late. They wouldn't connect me directly to the guy who was on site, a guy called Birju. We ran into him by accident and he initially refused to show us the property saying we are late. Took no notice of our efforts to reach him and our frustration, accused us of being rude, and that he wouldn't show us the property. His behaviour was downright obnoxious in front of women and children. This man shouldn't be allowed in a customer facing role. I didn't mind the property but have no desire to deal with Brockenhurst after this terrible experience.
27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
9th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)We are very happy with the service we received from Savills. Our estate agent, Christian Whittaker had been nothing but helpful, patient and accommodating. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.
8th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Horrible experience Horrible experience, I went to see a flat and the girl that had to show me it was sooo rude, ruling even her eyes when ever we asked anything, very uncomfortable moment… however the flat was ok and we decided to fill up the form to rent and can u imagine what they did? They increased the price, £200 more without any notification, just because the flat was having many viewing they decided to increase it, a fourth floor flat without lift and asking for £1400….. wouldn’t recommend this people at all, They wastage my time. No serious people, no professionals at all…

After having the flat with a high street estate agency for 3 months with no viewings, I spoke to Elle, best thing ever, she put it on the market and the viewings started to come with her and then Katherine, both are very down to earth, approachable and knowledgeable, once offer was accepted Poppy took over and she was on top of things, keeping everyone moving and kept me informed of everything. Please trust them, you will not be disappointed.
