We hadn’t originally planned to buy in the area, but André encouraged us to view a property and we’re so glad he did - we ended up loving it and would never have considered the area if it weren’t for his recommendation. André was helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process, from making our offer right through to completion. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and Hoopers.
3rd Feb 2026 (8 days ago)I cannot recommend Mile Estates enough. Truly the best estate agents I have ever worked with. We had some hurdles with Rightmove referencing which was down to me, but Raniya and Zackary went above and BEYOND to ensure they were resolved and really fought my corner to ensure I secured the flat. I was also on an extremely tight turn around with leaving my previous place and these guys kept me so reassured through the entire process and made it happen within just over a week. They are some of the kindest & most professional agents I have come across which can be pretty rare in London. I have already recommended them to tons of people who are flat hunting. Thank you SO much!

There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

He was incredibly responsive, always quick with communication, and consistently kind and professional throughout the whole process. Nick arranged multiple viewings for me, we viewed the property three times, and he was patient and helpful every step of the way. His support made the buying process much smoother and far less stressful. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated agent.
