Our lettings agent Duncan went above and beyond to get us in for viewings and secure our flat. Duncan and the team were super responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had which made for a really smooth process!

From the moment we started our search, Lewis was more than just professional—he was kind, approachable, and always ready to answer all of our questions, no matter how small. He made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Even after we moved in, Lewis continued to support us, helping us figure out a few things around the house. We felt like he was with us every step of the way.We’re truly grateful for all of his help and can’t recommend him and Wembley Park Residential enough.

He was straightforward and fairly represented both sides without favouring either which built a lot of trust.
