Sue, Nick and Matt were totally professional throughout, keeping us up to date and persevering with determination when the first sale unfortunately fell through. They were helpful and proactive throughout the whole process.

4th Nov 2025 (11 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Williams Properties while trying to buy a property through their sales manager, Tim Miller. There was a serious lack of transparency throughout the process. I was told the property wouldn’t be taken off the market until I had paid for searches and instructed solicitors — which I did — only to later discover that key information had been withheld. I later found out that a previous buyer had pulled out because the valuation came back lower than the agreed price, but this was never disclosed to me before I committed financially. When my valuation also came back lower, I was pressured to go with another lender in the hope of getting a higher valuation, even though there was no guarantee the sale would proceed if it came back the same. Overall, I felt misled, pressured, and out of pocket. The experience was stressful and unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend Williams Properties based on this experience

The sales/buying process today has many factors that need addressing but MA were always calm and reassuring when we needed to contact them and guided us through the various layers of legislation required. We wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

31st Aug 2025 (11 weeks ago)The staff at Savills, Oxford were very helpful and friendly when we approached them with a view to selling our house. Alice Burch came to see us straight away and her valuation was close to our expected figure. She introduced 2 prospective buyers within the first few months one of whom has now purchased the property. We would certainly recommend Savills as a good quality estate agent.

Sky Riddington has has been amazing, very professional and in general a very nice person. She has always replied to all my emails and questions without making me feel embarrassed or judged, which I would not say was my experience with some other letting agencies in Aylesbury. 5/5 would recommend Mortimers ????????

7th Nov 2025 (8 days ago)Chancellor’s have been great with helping me let out my property orianne has been one of the main people helping and she’s been great a really nice girl very professional and good at her job with great communication but also up for abit of a laugh when suitable which in my eyes is great in making you feel relaxed and comfortable with that person building good relationships and working together to achieve the best outcome! Also a shout out to Lilly and Richard also great people helping along the way thanks guys appreciate all your hard work Joe

5th Sep 2025 (10 weeks ago)I would strongly advise against using Woodholls Lettings Agency. My experience as a client has been deeply frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. Over a tenancy lasting four years, not a single inspection was carried out — a basic part of property management that any competent agency should provide. Communication was virtually non-existent, and when rent payments were delayed for two months (despite the tenants having proof they had sent them to the agency), the money was eventually passed on in one bulk sum without explanation or accountability. Even more concerning, Woodholls have been operating despite showing as being in liquidation on Companies House since 2024. This raises serious questions about their credibility and the security of funds handled through them. To make matters worse, when passing the property on to a new agent, they dismissed legitimate concerns by saying that “nothing is ever enough for the client.” This attitude perfectly sums up their lack of professionalism and disregard for both landlords and tenants.

Throughout the whole process she remained in contact with every single update. She is incredible. I wouldn’t use any other agent ! Sarah is a hero and one that I will never forget.

4th Feb 2025 (9 mo. ago)College and county has looked after two rental houses for me for several years and they take all the hassle out of my life. They select great tenants and give regular feedback on how the letting is progressing, they also deal efficiently with the normal household problems like drains, appliance breakages and keep me informed with me having to interrupt my day to sort them out. They have also negotiated HMO licences with the council on my behalf. I have had requests from other letting agencies but am not going to change. Thank you C&C
