Any question I had was responded to very quickly, and I was updated thoroughly throughout. I would highly recommend my experience with Parkers. When collecting keys for the property I received a welcome box gift from Parker’s which was very kind and a thoughtful touch.
8th Apr 2025 (22 days ago)Phenomenal work from JNP. We gave them the challenge of selling our property after we'd moved to the other side of the world. Throughout the whole process, operating with significant time differences etc. Sue and the team were on top form. At all times I felt like I understood where things were at. I also felt like I understood our buyers and their motivations throughout, which really helped during what can be a stressful process for all parties. Things did get a little warm towards the end as we were edging close to the new financial year, but that was mostly down to the solicitors and the fun and games with sending documents across the globe. But, thankfully, with lots of help from the JNP team, it worked out in the end to the satisfaction of everyone involved. Great work and highly recommended.

7th Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)I dealt with both Aimee and Sarah during a property search for my Mother. We had some pretty specific parameters to work with (bungalow/certain side of Aylesbury/open kitchen & living at the beck preferable!) and they helped us brilliantly. Their communication was prompt, professional and clearly actually tailored to us. We were dealing with 4 different estate agents in the area at times during our search and the ladies mentioned form Williams stood out. They took the time to really get to know what we wanted, and they didn’t overload us with every brochure, taking the time to ensure our tine wasn’t wasted. This was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend both Willaims Estate agent but also in particular Aimee and Sarah. Thank you both and wishing you all the very best for the future sales!

It was a pleasure to deal the whole team. House was on the market for less than a week and we had an agreed sale price. If you are buying or selling they are the team to work with!

Thomas helped us secure a mortgage and guided us through our options, insurance policies and general advice. He was so professional, friendly and even when we rushed him, he took it in his stride and put our needs first!! Kelly and Lincoln assisted with finding a property and helped us along the way when we needed guidance on concerns we had with the property and helped to get that resolved. Would definitely recommend!

Glad to say that the great service is still there. Liam and his team displayed the highest level of friendly professionalism from our very first contact right through until our day of completion and kept us regularly updated at every step of the way. They are the only estate agents that I would use in Bicester and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. Thankyou for all your hard work guys it was much appreciated.

Ross (from the Wendover branch), from the first time I spoke to him, was a breath of fresh air. We’d been trying to sell our house with another local estate agent who did not do what they promised. In desperation I decided to see if changing to a different estate agent would be the answer. I was not disappointed. Ross’s down-to-earth yet incredibly positive, professional and competent attitude and abilities turned the whole process around immediately. He and his team re-marketed the house, showing its true potential and a buyer was found in no time! His support throughout the whole process was outstanding taking the worry and stress out of what could have been a very difficult time. Thank you so much Ross Final. It goes without saying that I would not hesitate to highly recommend Christopher Pallet Estate Agents in Wendover. 5 stars from me!

Initially, we were struggling to find somewhere to live in Oxford and our experiences with other letting agencies was stressful to say the least. Rosie was the first lettings negotiator we dealt with that was empathetic to our struggles. Rather than pressuring us into making an immediate decision, we were given time to consider making an offer, and Rosie and was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. We highly recommend renting with Savills (and Rosie in particular) if you're looking for somewhere to live in Oxford.

27th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)A Refershing Approach” I’m going to start this review by thanking Kaiden Ellingham and Grace in the Bicester Office for all of their help and support with the sale of my property. In my lifetime I have brought and sold a number of properties in a number of different areas of the country. From my past experience I link the “Jaws “theme “ with Estate Agents. Well that was the case until my dealings with Alexander & Co. Every member of the team has been knowledgeable, kind courteous, empathetic and understanding. The sale of my property was complex due to parities involved. Alexander & Co were able to keep the sale on course in very difficult circumstances. Kaiden Ellingham’s approach was enthusiastic, dynamic, his ideas were relevant. In addition he was knowledgeable of the area. Not only was he knowledgeable and experienced he was professional and gave a detailed approach on how to market the house with a realistic price figure and keep the sale on course. He was able to negotiate with all parties involved in difficult circumstances and went above and beyond! I know that the words honesty and trust are not usually words synonymous with Estate Agents but from my experience they can definitely be associated with Alexander and Co. I know that Alexander &Co’s approach in selling the house was working with both me and the buyer to ensure that the best price was achieved. From my experience when it comes to selling a property in the Bicester area if you want a reliable trustworthy agent who has knowledge of the area I wouldn’t be settling for second best and be heading to Alexander & Co. Completely professional, calm and reassuring under pressure and, in our opinion, held the chain together, communicating with all parties involved to keep everyone fully informed. Duncan's guidance and approachability was second to none, he is a complete asset to the company and would recommend him completely if you are buying and/or selling a house in the area.

He made the process completely stress free, from start to finish. I would definitely recommend! Stress free. Lovely accommodations. Understanding agents. Thoughtful & caring service.
