Tommy’s appraisal was a great first impression, and there was a clear distinction between their service and others we’d invited to appraise. They gave us actionable advice to prepare us for market and give us the best chance. This followed through to those in the office, who cared and knew about our sale in detail and gave us reassurance we were going to be well looked after. Thank you to Clare in particular. Andy conducted most of our viewings and was knowledgeable, and positive and we knew had provided an excellent experience for potential buyers, based on feedback. Finally, Will was invaluable in aftercare and kept us in the loop without chasing, a pleasure to deal with. An exemplary service from all and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

We was always kept very well informed and updated regularly. Also nice to feel cared for during the whole house move process. A very professionally run business. Thank you.
2nd Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)I read some of the reviews before deciding to go with Bedford, so we was excited to phone and arrange selling through them, James said he would email to confirm our appointment, that did not happen, Emerson arrived on the day, ensuring us we would get weekly updates, that was 4 weeks ago and since then we haven't had a phone call, text message or an email, to say we are disappointed with Bedford is an understatement. I'm sorry to say I would not recommend this estate agent

It wasn't the most straightforward of circumstances given the current economic climate, but Lewis showed great resilience and achieved a great end result for us including the exact kind of buyers we could have hoped for. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
