29th Jun 2025 (10 days ago)I rented a property through them a while ago. We had limited time, so the move had to go through quickly. We went through the majority of the process and were accepted. I had to pay 6 months rent upfront, which I was able to do, but the agent then called me and said the property was marketed at the wrong price. I reluctantly accepted the increase as I have a young child and couldn’t risk being homeless, but it’s left me with a sour taste in my mouth and I’m constantly reminded of it whenever I walk by their office. I went with a different estate agent after and they almost did something similar. Maybe they all use similar tactics.

Ben from the lettings team helped find and show me a number of very suitable flats. He was highly professional, patient and helpful throughout and never tried to push or sell me overly on one property or rush me to a decision. This is how looking for a rental property should be. Also a big thanks to Ryan who supported the process and put the finishing touches on everything, helping get the desired outcome. I can only recommend the team at Gibson Lane Kingston! Thanks for your help!

22nd May 2025 (7 weeks ago)Curchods of Teddington were absolutely amazing from the start of the sale of my property till completion. Rob was very understanding of my situation and there was never any pressure. The communication was perfect,, keeping me updated when necessary. They work together as a team, Liese did most of the viewings, and there were quite a few.i I often felt anxious about the whole thing but Liese was reassuring. I met with a few different agents but I can honestly say, you can trust curchods completely. Liz McBride

In particular I would highly commend Lucy who would go above and beyond to give advice on an incident when a pigeon did not go away for days in my balcony. She was patient and listened to my concern although it was time she finished her work. As a single mother, I have peace of mind living here knowing there is always someone to offer help. Thank you so much! :)

21st Jun 2025 (18 days ago)The worst estate agents. If you have any issues with the property (health and safety issues too) they will not care. Do not go with them as they will also not check it the property is sufficient to rent before renting it out to someone. Avoid!
