I visited the branch, (I did not drive) however, Akash drove me to view the property, which met all of my expectations. He kindly drove me back to the branch, where he sent me all of the documents straight away and gave me the time to think it all through. I would highly recommend Stirling Ackroyd for their professionalism, service and the human touch they bring to their work.

Owen and team provided a first class service . They have great local knowledge and were able to advise me on the best way to market my property through to a successful sale. I was kept informed of all stages of the viewings and transaction. Selling through them was a very pleasant experience.

Stuart found professional tenants and provided reliable management service at a reasonable fee for the last few months. He is on top of various deadlines for gas safety certificate etc and provides timely updates. Highly recommend.

The eventual buyer made an acceptable offer within a short time and the progress of the sale was communicated effectively at every stage through phone conversations, visits and emails.
22nd Aug 2024 (25 days ago)Tallulah Dowding showed her expertise and professionalism while helping with the property management of a flat we own. At a few hours' notice, she found a company to deep clean the property and then negotiated a deposit release with the tenants. Tallulah was helpful, completely on top of the situation and always prompt with her communication. Excellent work!

Josh helped advise us during negotiations, and helped us keep track of things at the house while we live abroad.

In particular Serena who was my main contact. Really well informed about the local area and she took a lot of time to really understand what I am looking for. Friendly and helpful and excellent at staying in regular contact without pressuring me. Would definitely want to use her again when I resume my search next year.

From the start, when Matthew first contacted me, I shared my frustration about being repeatedly rejected after making offers, even though I had clearly stated that I had pets. It was evident that previous agents hadn’t paid close attention to my needs, as I specifically needed a landlord who was pet-friendly. This wasted a lot of my time and energy, and I was feeling a bit discouraged. Matthew, however, truly listened to my concerns. He quickly responded with a unit that was guaranteed to accept pets and arranged for a viewing. Knowing I had a long journey to get there, he was flexible enough to send me a video tour of the property first, allowing me to confirm my interest before making the trip. This saved me a lot of time. Hayden from the team then took me for an in-person viewing, and I was immediately satisfied with the place and decided to make an offer. Hayden efficiently handled the negotiations, and we quickly reached an agreement that both sides were happy with, allowing me to move in with peace of mind. Another thing I truly appreciate is the seamless coordination within the entire team. While we were handling the paperwork, Hayden happened to be on leave, but Matthew stepped in to cover for him. Matthew continued assisting me with the rental process, so I didn’t have to wait for Hayden to return. This flexible approach to work really stood out to me. I hope the head office recognizes the strength of this team—perhaps a reward is in order, haha! Ben was responsible for the payment process, and he was incredibly professional and patient, guiding me through the entire payment procedure.
