3rd Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)DON’T USE FOR LETTINGS - CHECKS NOT CARRIED OUT I’ve recently purchased a property via care4 which they had managed as a letting property through a previous owner. Upon purchasing I’ve complained about 20 bin bags of old goods being left in my loft. They have obviously not checked that the tenants removed everything from the property on behalf of the last owner/landlord and this I why I would not use them and advise others to avoid doing so. Their poor checks have resulted in £££ expense and time on my part. I appreciate these things can happen and offered for them to resolve for me and not receive this review. I’ve not heard from them.

James was absolutely fantastic from first engagement, ensuring that he fully understood details of the chain before recommending an offer be accepted, through to chasing and ensuring matters progressed whilst keeping me updated on progress. I would definitely recommend.

I feel that they have been very supportive and proactive in a turbulent and difficult market in a City Centre location. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Agency.

She was professional and great at communicating updates throughout the process. The property was sold in 2 weeks and we were very pleased with the service overall.

1st May 2024 (7 mo. ago)From the outside, it looks very nice. From the inside, however, I don't know as I never got to go in. My opinion on this is based entirely on other people's reviews I've read and "NOT" personal experience (hence the 3 ???? rating) - it seems like it's a nice enough place to live on a short-term basis, but I definitely don't recommend long-term.

1st Jun 2022 (2 years ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.

From start to finish, their team provided a seamless and stress-free experience. Rebecca and Samantha were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. They took the time to really understand our needs and what stood out most was the level of communication – I was always kept informed and felt completely supported throughout the process. Whether it was a quick phone call to provide updates or answering my many questions, they were always approachable and helpful. Thankyou so much to everyone there!

5th Jul 2024 (22 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
4th Dec 2024 (1 day ago)Very little interest from buyers. Approx 8 potential viewings in 12 weeks. A large percentage of arranged viewings were cancelled at short notice. Very disappointed
