30th May 2024 (8 weeks ago)I recently had a viewing with daisy. she was absolutely amazing and personable and very very helpful kind and friendly. I am genuinely more inclined to get the property because of her service and highly inclined to work with reeds rain from how amazing the support was. she offered a wide range of options for support as well! would have left a money tip had that been appropriate. deserves a raise.
2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)James came to do a valuation at my property and was very professional. He answered all of my questions and got the photos sorted quickly too. He made the process very quick and clear. I’ve only just started the marketing process with the agents but so far so good.
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)Elisha has been the lettings agent I have been in contact with throughout the process of looking for and securing a tenancy in Didsbury. Her professionalism, honesty and communication have been exceptional throughout. As people reading this review will know, securing a tenancy can be extremely stressful. However, Elisha has made the process incredibly smooth and most importantly for me, remained fully transparent with us which sets her apart from the lettings agents from other businesses I have been dealing with. She is an absolute credit to the organisation and I wish her all the best in her career. I will absolutely be coming back to Bridgeford's for any future rentals I may need and will be recommending the agency to friends and family. Thanks for your hard work, I really appreciate it!!

14th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Stacey. Josh, Paul and the rest of the team here have made our house purchase effortless. As first time buyers, my partner and I have been quite daunted at times where we've been naive about how to proceed and when. Stacey has been a steady hand that has helped guide and support us through the process, and Paul's vast knowledge has helped us with regard to mortgage rates and other financial aspects of the transaction. All of this wouldn't have gotten this far without Josh who intially showed us our home, and his insight into potential upgrades has given us food for thought on what the property could become. After an awful experience with another Bridgfords branch, Stacey and their team completely flipped our expectations, and we'd recommed them for anyone looking to move home in the future - we certainly will!

John Ashton valued our house and without a sale board put up I had three people interested immediately. I am dyslexic and had one or two hiccups with the solicitors, Alan Sutton put me at ease and helped me ensure everything was correct - from then on everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend this company enough I would definitely sell through them again . Not only do they have realistic , knowledgeable information on the area but respond quickly to any enquiry. An efficient ?extremely kind team who made me feel so was the n safe hands . Thank you for your support at an extremely difficult time in my life .
20th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Just would like to say a massive thank you to Jordan Fishwick Didsbury, my experience with them has been great, with fast communication and a supportive team during a difficult time of the year, with the demand of finding rented properties in such a competitive market. With this being my fourth rented property since moving to Manchester, it has been the best experience yet, there are no issues and the team are really helpful - I cannot recommend it enough. Also, in particular, thank you to Jordan Rutter who has been super supportive with the process, with instant responses between the landlord and myself, and making sure everything was done in time for the move in date.
28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)Failed to inform us the property we were booked to view had been taken off the market. We travelled across the peaks for this appointment and made several attempts to check with them before setting off via email and phone. Highly unprofessional time wasters.
11th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)I experienced discrimination whilst trying to rent a property. I have been told that they cannot take me or my family on their books as my son doesn’t earn enough! My disabled daughter is in receipt of PiP and I am a full time carer. Our benefits were not even taken into consideration. We were just told no and in no uncertain terms to not apply again. I am sure that between the three of us we would meet the requirements needed. I am also sure that it is against the law to refuse someone a tenancy because they are on benefits. I was almost accepted by the landlord when I first viewed a property.. it sounded promising, I was told when I rang the agents after the viewing, to take a deposit to the estate agent the following morning and they would hold the property for us.. only to get a message saying someone else had paid a deposit between the phone call late afternoon and 9am as the estate agents doors opened. I went there (on the train) to pay my deposit to be told the lady on the phone shouldn’t have told me to bring a deposit. They needed paperwork first. I sent over all the documents they needed. But I feel they had already made their decision. It wasn’t us! I will not waste my time with this estate agent again. To save yourself disappointment and unnecessary upset I advise you do the same

17th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)I chose GH initially because the property I wanted to buy was also for sale with another branch of GH, but when I met Lewis I found him very easy to deal with, and his knowledge of the local market invaluable. By taking his advice on where to pitch the asking price, my house generated a lot of interest straight away & I sold for significantly more than the asking price. It was great to have Lewis to deal with the offers for me at this stage. Finding a buyer is really only the start of the process, where I found I needed the support of GH most was the constant chasing of solicitors and other parties involved in order to get to exchange & completion. A big thank you to Joe too who won't be missing my daily calls!

18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)We have a property that is fully managed by Leaders. Since Feb we requested for a mid term inspection report as the current tenancy ends in Aug. It is now June and we still have no response from them whether the inspection is done or not despite numerous emails and calls. Time and time again Leaders have failed us. Every time I am the one having to contact Leaders so they can give an update. At no point have they even attempted to notify us the status. When we do get hold of someone, for some reason unexplained, we randomly get assigned with a different property managers who none have a clue what is happening. The lack of organisation and communication is really poor, one minute they say the inspection has been scheduled, next minute they say it has not been booked cos the property manager has been off ill! Lots of broken promises! Wonder what excuse they will come up with next time!

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
