Nothing was ever too much trouble and overall I couldn't be happier with their service. Would recommended 100%

30th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)Initially I was really happy with the service the Lettings team provided, well actually, just Tony. I negotiated a reduced price for finding tenants thou what I wasnt told at this point is this would result in a very poor after sales service. The final tenant moved in a month ago and I am still waiting for the meter readings for four apartments plus some unsigned documentation, now waiting for a copy of thier complaints procedure. My advice....AVOID if you want a complete professional service.

She was able to answer any questions I had regarding the property and kept me up to date at all times. I would strongly recommend Hunters Worsley to friends and relatives in the future.

Company has been around since the nineties Lawrence is a past master knows the city knows the properties and has been there longer than any other so my respect is 109% Genuine honest approach easy talking and accurate pricing look nowhere else

If you rent from Northwood take your time and go through everything that seems not right (although you might risk to "lose" the property you're interested in, if you complain too much) Keep everything email documented.

Dewi Jones was able to put my property up for sale online within a week, and immediately we had multiple viewings. I got the price I wanted and it was a easy process as Dewi is professional and communicates regularly, he was always available to have a quick chat and keep me up to date.

30th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)In a word ((Scammers)) Why? They will over price your property rent. However, most do that then naturally one would have to haggle them down. Not sure if there is a landlord as it might be themselves pretending there is one! And if there is a landlord the landlord has no idea what these guys do!!!!! You have your contract fees which you pay every month. But then they try and scam all there clients with made up fees! Theses are normally around £40 they say it's for water and heating. However that is covered in your contract fees!!!!!! They pocket these fee if you don't pay it and tell them you will only pay what's on the contract then they can't do anything. If your building has parking and they also want that payment separate from your contact that is also a scam!!!!!!! Don't fall victim to these guys. If you have paid them these fees for years then get that money back. Take them to court if you must. However, don't let them get away with this bad practices!!!!!!
1st Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.
14th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We were about 5 minutes late for a viewing because of the traffic when I managed to reach them on phone. I apologised and said we'd be there soon. They said the agent only waits 10 minutes, so they have to speak to him. After another 5 minutes they called me back and said the agent already left for another viewing. My wife was literally next to the house but as no-one was there,it was dark already and she didn't know which house it is without any lights. I told them it took us around 1.5 hours to get there with our 1yo baby and I don't think this is fair. We'd been still in the property even if we were on time. The agent finally came back and showed the house. He said he already changed his shoes as he was wearing a flip-flop because he went went home.

6th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)Recently let through Vesper and the whole experience has been brilliant. Viewing and signing was incredibly smooth thanks to Robyn who really went the extra mile for us. Since letting they've always been very prompt to respond to any issues we've had in the flat (James in particular is amazing). Best letting experience we've had, would highly recommend.
