21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Best letting agency I dealt with the London branch and I am absolutely impressed with how well organised and structured their services are. Provided by professional, friendly and lovely agents. Starting from viewing the property to the check out communication was swift and clear. A lot of support provided from information on renting guidance to check out inventory, repairs services with a hotline. The repairs service could be through a link or a WhatsApp messaging line. They usually respond immediately and raise the job to the trades person or company they deal with. Most repairs were solved in a short time frame. They also send property care guide at the beginning of winter to flag any issues related to the weather. I got the impression that the agency is really good at ensuring both parties (the landlord and tenant ) are satisfied with any dealings or requests. Moreover, the contract they provided was comprehensive and detailed with no hidden clauses or vague statements. Everything was clearly stated ensuring our rights are protected as well as our duties as tenants clearly communicated. I definitely recommend this agency
18th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)One of the worst companies - a young lady came to present viewing of the flat, what she did was only to open the doors. That's it. She didn't know anything about the flat. She even didn't know information from the advert, was not polite and was defensive on any question. Even if you put application form for the flat, the agency does not send you any confirmation, a few weeks without any feedback from the company - very poor quality
9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)I was struggling recently to secure flat due to the over saturated market. The team were very on the point, fast and efficient and went above and beyond unlike other letting agents I had contacted. Reference to Daniel who was ace throughout the process.
14th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Contacted within 24 hours of an enquiry about a property for sale even though it had just gone under offer, I was given a video tour to see if I wanted to make an offer too. Great friendly service and advice from Esther so far impressed in comparison with some other estate agents. Who are apparently “good” in Manchester. This company is excellent ????.

I’ve been a tenant of this branch for many years, and they have always been on hand to help me with anything. However, after moving properties as of recent, I cannot express my gratitude enough for how they both went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress free move in process. Samantha is extremely knowledgeable and explained each part of the process clearly. She answered all of my many questions, and guided me through everything with patience and kindness. Lois’ responsiveness and efficiency has been so appreciated, she has dropped things to help me last minute and has just made what could have been a daunting process a lot easier for me. Both of these girls have made me feel comfortable and so so supported and their combined efforts, professionalism and genuine care has made my move so much more enjoyable. I am incredibly grateful for their support and highly recommend them for their outstanding service. Thank you, Samantha & Lois, for making my experience amazing I’m super happy with my new place! x

Superb communication and always contactable- which is rare with most other agents we've experienced. Jon got us the best price and guided us through negotiations. Carol really knew her stuff and she was more knowledgeable and on the ball than our solicitors! I cannot recommend Davidson Estate Agents enough!

18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)We have a property that is fully managed by Leaders. Since Feb we requested for a mid term inspection report as the current tenancy ends in Aug. It is now June and we still have no response from them whether the inspection is done or not despite numerous emails and calls. Time and time again Leaders have failed us. Every time I am the one having to contact Leaders so they can give an update. At no point have they even attempted to notify us the status. When we do get hold of someone, for some reason unexplained, we randomly get assigned with a different property managers who none have a clue what is happening. The lack of organisation and communication is really poor, one minute they say the inspection has been scheduled, next minute they say it has not been booked cos the property manager has been off ill! Lots of broken promises! Wonder what excuse they will come up with next time!

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)First off, good experience overall and I'd have happily posted 4.5 if Google had allowed it. For speed and attention, we’re glad we chose to use an independent agent rather than a national one. We’d consider using them again in future. Service used: just the tenancy find What they did well: James said at the first meeting that he was confident they could find a tenant within 1.5 weeks. And they did! 10 out of 10 for the most important marker. Also, the 3D filming/photo/ad were all done within 2 days. Top efficiency. Poppy then followed up on most of the rest and was always quick to respond and to the point. Where they could improve: As it was our first time using an agent / using their online system, they would do well in perhaps explaining a bit more about the process / system, what we needed to do, etc..
