A special thanks to Elizabeth, who went above and beyond with her professionalism. She managed to secure our deposit back after the tenant left our property in a complete mess. Elizabeth’s dedication led to an amazing outcome, and we truly can’t thank her enough. Highly recommended!”

8th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Absolutely appalled to have received an unsealed letter through our front door today encouraging landlords to increase their already ridiculously high rent. It is utterly immoral to be encouraging greedy landlords to be demanding 2024 rent prices for properties with 1970s kitchens and bathrooms, black mould, damp, single glazing and with bits of the home literally caving in and roofs collapsing all of a sudden. We have personally had to help distressed neighbours move out of their homes because they can no longer afford their extortionate rent. You are adding to extreme financial pressures to tenants, which are putting an enormous strain on people's mental and physical health. This is a shameful move on your part, Winkworth. Greedy and unethical and disgusting. Well done, Winkworth, for making life even harder for hard-working renters who can't catch a break and get on the property ladder. Please reassess your principals and do some serious self reflection.

She is always available to discuss any matters, and when she hasn’t been a available has always got back to promptly. Couldn’t be more happier with the service to date.
17th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)We bought our first house, and being not familiar with the process in the UK, it wouldn't have been possible without the help of Tai, as we had to deal with an elderly seller living in the US. Tai was amazing from the beginning, always available to reassure us, answer our questions and ensure this process go as smooth and quick as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone.
3rd Jan 2025 (20 weeks ago)They dealt with the sale quickly and efficiently. Prospective buyers were vetted in full and recommendations given when deciding which buyer to go with. Would recommend their services.
4th May 2025 (18 days ago)Wasted over six months with Joseph Scott. Property was initially overvalued, very few viewings over six months , The agent dealing with us left and we were only told the day he was leaving, very poor service , Viewings arranged outside of hours when no agent available to accompany. Overall no apology for poor service, was told manager Abbie would contact us to discuss next steps, never heard from her or anyone except a new agent we had no knowledge of trying to arrange a viewing.. They continued to advertise my home without my permission for weeks after the contract ended. Very disappointing experience.

From the outset, Nicky and her team were professional, approachable and responsive. After an initial market appraisal, we had several positive viewings which culminated in us achieving a sale price in excess of the valuation. Special thanks to Debbie and, in particular, Mark who ably managed buyer through the sales process. We have no hesitation in recommending them for your North London property needs.
21st Sep 2024 (8 mo. ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

Joel is professional and took time to explain the ins and out of the property and of the market, even taking time to explain rental laws in detail. It has been a pleasure getting the tenancy sorted from viewing to signing.
23rd Dec 2024 (21 weeks ago)I personally had a brilliant experience with Havilands. Ater looking for a property for over 1 year i changed areas i was viewing ,and came across Havilands. How refreshing from most of the other estate agents, mostly terrible. I had a 3 man team working with me Jordan who showed me the property i purchased. Jordan didn't try any hard sell answered my questions what he didn't know he didn't fob me off as if he knew, but said he would find out and get back to me. Again which was refreshing from some other estate agents. Also gave me really handy tips on solicitors not linked to Havilands to make the process run as smoothly as possible, as opposed to the generic one i was initially going to use. James, who was the essence of calm, and reassurance. Buying property can be such a nerve racking experience as it's a massive commitment. James provided that calmness required. was very quick and responsive to my queries. Also provided some valuable links. Katie, was the driving force who ensured everyone did what they had to do making sure i did what i had to do chasing the sellers if required, was like a bundle of energy. If you are a serious buyer and you really want your deal to go through quickly this is the team for you. As long as you are responsive, they will do the rest. My deal went through in 8 weeks from offer to completion, obviously the seller also has to be as responsive, Katie will be on the case if they are not.

The property is always kept clean and tidy, and they handle all maintenance and repairs efficiently, providing clear quotes before carrying out any work. The garden and communal areas are well-maintained, and they ensure the property is compliant with all council regulations. Rent is always collected on time, and the entire team at Empire Homes has been nothing but polite and respectful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their property management services!

25th Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)I bought my home using MiHomes, Pio was the agent who dealt with me purchase, and I couldn’t recommend him enough, I was so happy with all aspects, in particular his efficacy so as I could move in within my tight timeframe. He’s also a lovely person to deal with, which took some of the stress off what is otherwise considered a very stressful process. Thanks Pio!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
20th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.

He was straightforward and fairly represented both sides without favouring either which built a lot of trust. A different world of experience to any other agent we came across during our buying process. We could not recommend more highly.

Big shout out to Sephorah who was my agent and she was amazing. She was on top of everything and very helpful.
