Issac, Doug and Georgia were great throughout and their service was 10/10. They were always polite, friendly and kept me up to date on the sale, great team to work with and I would highly recommend using them to sell your home. Absolute pleasure.

It’s good to know that the staff at Gibbs are not just eager to please - they get the job done as it should be done. Peace of mind 10/10 Thank you Keith !!

So far the only person (in London) in a high volume client business who actually listens to your needs without selling but providing service. If you need to rent a property in the area, you will do yourself a disservice by not asking to engage with Billy.
3rd May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Started the process as FTB at the end of January 2024 and completed end of March 2024. Couldn’t be happier with the team! We had initial viewing with Jane, who was incredibly friendly and helpful by answering all our questions about the property and submitting our offer. We continued and completed the process with Claire, who was very professional and diligent, helped us throughout the process and resolved all of the issues we encountered. Thank you all!

I had a problem with my boiler and on calling Debbie, I had an engineer out within the hour. Nothing at all is too much trouble for her. Every single time I've any problems, she will sort it out efficiently and effectively. She will keep me updated on progress . Debbie is not just doing her job, she does way more. Thank you very much Debbie you are an absolutely star and William H Brown are extremely lucky to have a top notch employee xx

From initial consultation with Hussain to concluding the transaction they exceeded expectations. They are knowledgable about the local market and offer an honest and realistic appraisal. They are courteous and organised in managing the bookings too, with dedicated WhatsApp groups and regular updates. Couldn’t recommend more. Nice one, Pio ????

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)This is probably more of a glassdoor review but i want everyone to get an idea of how this company actually works! I worked with the company back in 2019 - 2021 and left due to poor management. Staff were treated so unprofessionally and it started to affect my mental health. Recently the two owners parted ways and they reached out to me again and asked if i wanted to work with them again. They promised me things have changed and the way they work is much better. I clearly did not last long there, considering that i am leaving this review 3 months after rejoining. I feel compelled to share my thoughts and insights. From the moment I rejoined the company, I noticed a concerning lack of transparency and ethical practices. The management seemed more focused on making quick profits rather than providing quality service to clients. One of the most alarming aspects of this estate agency was their consistent disregard for laws and regulations. They would often cut corners and bend rules to maximize their own gains, leaving clients vulnerable and uninformed. The lack of proper documentation, misleading advertising, and hidden fees were all common occurrences. Furthermore, there was a prevailing culture of dishonesty within the company. Agents were encouraged to use high-pressure tactics and misleading information to secure sales, often at the expense of the clients' best interests. This not only tarnished the reputation of the agency but also created an unhealthy and toxic work environment. Another concerning aspect was the lack of professionalism and accountability. Many of my colleagues lacked the necessary qualifications and experience, which resulted in poor customer service and inadequate advice. Moreover, when faced with complaints or issues, the management would often dismiss or ignore them, leaving clients frustrated and dissatisfied. Overall, my time at this dodgy estate agency was disheartening and has left a lasting negative impression. The lack of integrity, transparency, and professionalism made it impossible for me to continue working there. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly research alternative options.

Having entrusted them with selling our family home of 30 years; they were up against another one of the other leading estate agents in the area. They managed to secure a price above what we had expected! They were professional and honest throughout. I am very grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough! Honesty, integrity and respect is at the heart of what they do, something which is hard to find in this market. They treated us like family and we are forever grateful.

We met her for a viewing back in January and she has supported us all the way through to finally purchasing our first property. It’s been an emotional journey and we encountered so many hurdles. We wished we just listened and followed Stephanie’s advice from the beginning! She was kind, patient professional and so helpful - she meticulously supported us through every step of the process. Thanks to Stephanie we now have a home! I would fully recommend Knights Residential in Edmonton because of Stephanie. Her hard work and dedication is unmatched. Thanks for everything!
20th Feb 2024 (23 weeks ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.
17th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)Dodgy business practice with Andrew entering flats without permission from renters. Exceptionally rude and entitled attitude. The boss didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to an email complaint. Companies House has them listed as in liquidation - not surprised. Avoid at all costs!
