29th Oct 2024 (11 weeks ago)I was living in 17 kingfisher court Gateshead. Never ever go for that property. Both agency and owner are unresponsive and greedy for your deposit. The property looks good from view perspective but it’s not maintained deeply. I faced lots of issues and quality of furniture, broken bed, chairs, pathetic sofa. And living spaces dint listen to any repair. Bulbs were old and flickering. And at the end they will take your full deposit.

From sale and purchase through to completion they were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Tess in particular handled our sale/purchase progression and was, without doubt, the most helpful and competent person we dealt with throughout any of the transactions. On so many occasions her knowledge helped us to keep the transactions progressing. She recognised our situation and did absolutely everything she could, going above and beyond, to support us at a very stressful time. Thanks very much!

7th Aug 2021 (3 years ago)Excellent experience overall. Bailey & Co were involved in both the selling and purchase sides of my chain. They managed to negotiate a great selling price on my flat in a very challenging market and always let me know straight away when appropriate properties for me came up buy. Which led to us finding our ideal house. Their sales progression team also did a great job of keeping me up to date on status of the chain and communicating with all parties quickly and efficiently when issues arose. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again to all the team at Bailey & Co for your hard work.

Marie and Kevin have all been so efficient, so friendly and supportive in assisting me in the sale of of my home. They have answered all emails promptly, returned all calls promptly and have kept me well informed right through to how things were progressing. They moved me into a flat with no working plumbing which they knew prior to the start date but neglected to tell me, they ignore emails and texts, their staff gaslight you, they turn up at your home unannounced sometimes letting themselves in and I don't think I've been treated this badly by a company ever. Do yourself a favour and deal with landlords directly. This company is not worth the premium you and the landlord have to pay and they cause more issues than they solve.

Moved in July 2024 (around 5 months ago) and we still have outstanding maintenance issues to be fixed despite raising these issues through Hive’s maintenance system the first week we moved in. We have contacted multiple members of staff regarding these issues and half of them have been resolved after chasing them but the rest seems to be forgotten about. I have now gave up chasing for them to be fixed.
Jack and Claire where wonderful through out the entire process. Thank you for your help, I will highly recommend the company to anyone looking to rent. Thank you guys my new place is lovely. ??
