16th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)The staff on the phone did not know what a reserve/sinking fund is in the context of a leasehold apartment. I have tried to explain it several times to no effect.<br><br>I later got a reply through email from the manager, stating they do not have the information.<br><br>I have not been abusive in any way.<br><br>Viewings I booked have now been cancelled by them.<br><br>Edited because their Manager has formally notified me that I might be at risk of future escalation through legal channels.<br><br>Just to confirm, they have not threatened me with legal actions.

7th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)Excellent experience overall. Bailey & Co were involved in both the selling and purchase sides of my chain. They managed to negotiate a great selling price on my flat in a very challenging market and always let me know straight away when appropriate properties for me came up buy. Which led to us finding our ideal house. Their sales progression team also did a great job of keeping me up to date on status of the chain and communicating with all parties quickly and efficiently when issues arose. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again to all the team at Bailey & Co for your hard work.

Any emails were responded to very quickly and any issues dealt with - the property was very new and there were some things the builders had to sort but Catherine kept chasing them to ensure things were fixed. All in all they made the process so easy and efficient and were always so pleasant as well. Deposit was returned the day after I moved out which was fantastic.
