28th Oct 2025 (20 days ago)Exceptional service from the whole team at Norwich branch of Fine and Country-from the moment that Darren came to value our property, the support from the whole team whilst we were looking for a property to buy, especially both Richard’s and the exceptional skills of Julie getting us over the line. Start to finish the team made a difficult journey as easy as possible. The photos and the write up were brilliant and the house looked fab. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to put their house on the market in Norwich area. So many thanks. Hannah and Andy
22nd Sep 2025 (8 weeks ago)I phoned Brown & co today in Norwich regarding a property to ask whether or not it was still for sale. I was not met with a friendly voice appreciating my interest in the property but was just told the owner was considering the best offer of sealed bids. I was then put through to another lady who greeted me with an abrupt tone of voice, I asked if she could take my name as I am looking for a similar property, she took my name and said I will let you know if something similar becomes available. Firstly she didn't give me time to finish telling her my full number and it seemed quite apparent she did not value me as a potential customer and made no enquiries about the area I'm looking to move to. It seems Brown & co have their favoured clientele and I'm certainly not one of them. I am in business myself and I value my customers it's a shame Brown & co doesn't do the same. DM Norfolk

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

22nd Jul 2025 (17 weeks ago)All the staff I had contact with throughout the sale process were, couteous, helpful, flexible and professional. This applies, too, to the staff at the "iamsold" auctions department. I was offered options and guidance without being, in any way, pressurised. You hear of negative experiences with estate agents (which, no doubt, do happen) but all I can say is that with my recent experience with William H Brown, I have nothing but praise for their approach, assistance and very reasonable pricing. I would recommend their services. I can, of course, only reflect my personal experience in relation to William H Brown in Stalham, Norfolk and the iamsold auctions department but I would be surprised if this is an "isolated" experience.

19th Oct 2025 (29 days ago)Brilliant service from the team who supported us each step of the process right from the first contact about a quote. Nick who valued our house and guided us initially, Jack who answered many queries in the office and of course Michele who worked as a sales progressor were all top when it came to customer service, knowledge and professionalism. The sales progression was really key and I strongly believe we would not have survived the process without Michele's diligence, so would definitely look to these guys first if ever move house again.- 15th Aug 2025 (13 weeks ago)Both Sophie and Tom were very polite and proved very informative and helpful on my viewings. I would recommend William H Brown to anyone looking for a property.

5th Nov 2025 (12 days ago)I have recently sold and purchased a new house via Winkworth in Poringland. They were totally professional and friendly throughout all the transactions. Always available to answer any questions. Shout out to Jade who never lost her cool at all in dealing with my Solicitor!!! I have read a quote from Winkworth saying 'we pride ourselves on providing top-notch assistance in buying and selling' They certainly do. I totally recommend using them to sell your house.

A few delays caused by my own transaction but Ed & Ben were so professional and were able to manage their clients expectations throughout the process which allowed us to achieve our end goal of moving 3 families in the chain. 4th Nov 2025 (13 days ago)Last year we used Gilson & Bailey to sell our property and they were acting for our vendor too which helped enormouslyduring negotiations. They were efficient, friendly and very professional throughout. Valuations were realistic and our property was beautifully presented, after only a week we had a buyer. Louise kept us up to date with everything and got us thru some tricky moments! When my mum needed to sell her bungalow early this year, to come live with us we didn't hesitate to engage G&B again, even though the property was in Lowestoft. They dealt will all the viewings and again we were kept informed all along the process. Hopefully we won't be needing their services for quite a while ???? but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott and the whole team.- 2nd Nov 2025 (15 days ago)We used Winkworth for the sale of my home and we're very happy with the service from Rachel and the team.
