The sales team were very helpful especially James whom we had the most contact with. Julie Vassar who dealt with the after sales was amazing, she kept us informed and was extremely helpful (more so than our solicitor!) as well as being professional.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

We found every person who works at this branch to be professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We truly felt that they had our best interests at heart and executed a perfect sale within an excellent time frame. 8th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)Money Properties were actually my sellers agent, but as their service was so good (Tracey in particular) I thought it worthwhile to write a review. From first contact all the way through to completion, Tracey worked hard for me to enable my dream of buying my house very close to my elderly parents. She was professional and always friendly and approachable in what was a relatively quick buying process but with quite a long chain behind me so was quote stressful. She always ensured I was kept in the loop and really pushed hard to get to exchange and completion with a short deadline. I can't recommend her and Money Properties enough and should I ever look to be selling my house in Wymondham or if anyone asks me who to recommend, it will be them.
6th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)A big part of the reason we chose William H Brown was to do with Teri Scott, when she came to view the property of my late fathers she was kind and respectful regarding the subject, after knowing her for five minutes it felt like I had known her years. During the process so far she has kept us updated regarding the viewings and always been available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Teri to anyone.
3rd Sep 2024 (6 days ago)Due to a family bereavement our situation changed and we found Bycrofts very helpful, non pushy and understanding of our predicament. When ready to move we will opt for Bycrofts again
16th Aug 2024 (24 days ago)They put the incorrect photos on Rightmove & said they could change them. Poor communication, they didn’t answer viewers questions correctly. After our notice period was over, we went to collect our key, which was handed over without asking our name or for proof of identity. Two weeks later the photo of our property was still in their window, at the original price (we had reduced the price several months ago!) The property remained ion Rightmove despite phone calls & emails requesting its removal. We didn’t feel we were offered a professional service.

Communication was timely and accurate making the process stress free from sale to completion. I am delighted that we exchanged in less than 10 weeks. A special mention to Dawn from Sales Progression who acted promptly at every stage of the process I can’t recommend this agent highly enough. 18th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

22nd Apr 2024 (20 weeks ago)We have just completed the sale of a property using Money Properties (Attleborough) and were extremely pleased with their service from start to finish. Excellent property details were provided by Money Properties following the initial meeting with Christian. A competitive agent’s fee was quickly agreed. After a number of viewings, arranged and attended by Money Properties, a prospective buyer was found and their offer accepted. Throughout the sale, the team at Money Properties (Elise, Susie and Sam) gave regular progress updates and chased up any actions as necessary. All our queries made by phone and email were quickly and effectively responded to. The sale completed last week (April 2024). We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Money Properties in Attleborough.
