After dealing with another local estate agent and having the most horrendous experience with them I thought it couldn’t be possible to find an honest, friendly and professional estate agent, well look no further and save yourselves the stress, heartache, money and disappointment, I so wish I had used Kirby Colletti in the first instance. Kirby Coletti have been outstanding, they were excellent in every way possible and are truly superior to any other estate agents that I have had any dealings with ?????????? We sold and purchased from them and they amazed us from day one, they exceeded all our expectations and kept us updated on every step of they way, they were always courteous, honest and professional. At all times they were courteous and helpful, especially Courtney who dealt with our move with expert advice and very supportive attitude; especially given that we felt very inexperienced and so valued the team's help and advice all the more. We would most definitely be recommending William H Brown to anyone who was looking to buy or sell a property, and would personally like to thank them most sincerely for all their expertise and helpful patience.
29th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Phoned the branch to sell our house, told the sales team would call us, they didn’t. Waited 2 weeks, filled in an online form asking for a valuation. A week later still no contact. Needless to say won’t be bothering a third time.

We found every person who works at this branch to be professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We truly felt that they had our best interests at heart and executed a perfect sale within an excellent time frame. They should be held as a good example to other estate agents

17th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)May I take this opportunity to thank Emma Rose for your kind assistance during the sale of my property I was kept informed of every twist and turn during negotiations and advised,where necessary of what rights I had and valuable discussion on the best course to take, although I was in full control of the process. It was reassuring to have a professional property person acting on my behalf. Thank you again, should I ever consider moving again please feel free to shoot me, but if I did I would certainly contact you to act for me.
31st Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Having been a new buyer of properties I have been pleasantly surprised at the helpful of the staff especially Tom who put himself out to make sure that I would be happy with my purchases of three houses. He also made sure all my queries were answered in full and honestly. All in all the whole of the staff in the office made me feel welcome and that all my questions would be and were answered honestly. I would recommend Tom and the other staff in the gt Yarmouth office to anyone thinking of moving house or buying for a small business. ( As I did ) My sincere thanks to all. Yve Davis

Efficient + helpful and not pushy- 22nd Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Avoid!! if i could give no stars i would !! very unhelpful and pushiness is unreal but upon asking to view a property i was asked 6 times why i didnt want a meeting with their in house solicitors or mortgage broker to which i responded with already sorted to which they continued to try a pressure me into using theirs i have said no many times. i am sure they wouldn't of done this to a man so why to me !!! also upon liking that house on to road to buying it we were called by a snotty girl who had said to my fiancé that basically if we don't see your deposit the sellers are going to go to Aldreds......... right so you're going to let your competition take your money and commission ? of course you are love! anyway apart from that they don't reply to any questions and we have pulled out of the house we were purchasing because of this company no the house or people i hope you are happy with yourself as a company as hopefully more people will not use you disgraceful, pushy, bullies !!! have both names of the employees which i could name and shame but i dont want to do that ! many thanks

23rd Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I have used minors and Brady Wroxham branch twice now , and my auntie used them first I have recommended many friends that have also used them , I always use the Wroxham branch , as Abbie is amazing always prompt and happy to help , sold my previous property with this branch and Abbie’s follow up and after care was amazing, they always sell quick and get you a good price , highly recommended their services, chasing the chain , solicitors etc Abbie has always been a great support, a value to this company as well as many others in this office , I opted for a multi agent policy, but only instructed them and had every confidence my property would sell in their care thank you

Sarah updated me on a regular basis, made suggestions of services that are available, easily contactable (telephone or email). As a result of this experience I will hopefully be using yourselves again within the next 6 months for the next property
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
22nd Apr 2024 (7 days ago)We have just completed the sale of a property using Money Properties (Attleborough) and were extremely pleased with their service from start to finish. Excellent property details were provided by Money Properties following the initial meeting with Christian. A competitive agent’s fee was quickly agreed. After a number of viewings, arranged and attended by Money Properties, a prospective buyer was found and their offer accepted. Throughout the sale, the team at Money Properties (Elise, Susie and Sam) gave regular progress updates and chased up any actions as necessary. All our queries made by phone and email were quickly and effectively responded to. The sale completed last week (April 2024). We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Money Properties in Attleborough.
12th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.
