She took all our criteria into consideration, and although the right property for us didn't come available yet, she is keeping an eye on the market and making constant follow up, which is reassuring, not to mention her availability to go into the properties, prior to viewings, to record videos, which always speeds things up. There may be such a system for renting apartments throughout London, but agents from greenstone take an advance payment, and you hope that you will get an apartment for rent , and then you getting refuse at the last moment. Incompetent work of agents, first you need to check the documents and then only take an advance payment, and so on, when you are sure that the deal will be concluded. I not recommend this agency

Sara was incredible at finding our dream place off market (despite being months with other agencies!) and was just so lovely to deal with. Jeremy and Sara always went the extra mile for us, and we felt constantly relaxed throughout a usually quite stressful process thanks to them. Would highly recommend!!

He has went above and beyond to help me with my search, regardless of the time of day or the query, he was a wonder to deal with on my property search. Even though I didn’t end up renting through JAR, he has still been on standby for updates and to be able available should I need any help. I wouldn’t think twice of consulting JAR for my property needs in the distant future.

11th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Stones Residential have no care for their tenants and are only concerned about pleasing the landlords they represent. They took ages to fix various things in our flat, including the hot water last autumn. They took very long to get back to us when we raised issues and even then we received replies that were sharp and rude, with zero empathy. Once we finally moved out they took 3+ months to resolve our dispute and continued to take 0 ownership or responsibility. Avoid at all costs.
