We have a very good experience with Arbnor Zeneli from Dexters Hampstead. I registered with the agency and on the same day Arbnor contacted me and invited for the viewing of the flat which even wasn't on the market yet. I think everyone in London does understand how important it is, taking in consideration that the property market here is always "hot". We really felt that Arbnor was on our side and did his best negotiating with the landlord regarding our requests. I don’t think anyone deserves to feel disrespected in a place they would like to call their future home. Awful. Whilst I do think Hunters as a whole is a great agency, I had what can only be described as an awful and unprofessional experience with lettings agent Richardo. His standoff-ish and unfriendly attitude made myself and my partner extremely uncomfortable. Prior to my first and only viewing with Richardo, he would call my phone too frequently to ask about my home search. I am not desperate and will reach out when I need support, as I have done. Chestertons, Foxtons, Dexters, etc. have never done anything so pervasive. It had gotten to the point where I saved his contact info just so I could prepare myself and possibly avoid his calls. On the day of the viewing, I was 20 minutes late and let him know I was stuck in traffic on Edgware Road (if you know London you know the traffic can be bad in the Kilburn/Brondesbury area). He had informed me that he’d need to leave within ten minutes of my eta. When myself and my partner arrived, he flagged us down to where he was standing by the building entrance. We followed him into the lift where he did not say a word. He did not introduce himself, he did not even describe a single aspect of the flat we came to view or the building amenities. He simply stood silently in the corner. I asked whether there was an outdoor light, but I doubt he even heard my question.... Read more
