15th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)We viewed one property and fell in love. I think it’s pretty unheard of to only need to view one place. Shari took care of us and she was brilliant. Answered all questions (and there were a lot of them). Very calming presence. It made us want to move in because there was no pressure. Once we decided to move, it was then a very straight forward quick process. And Shari was always on the other end of the phone/computer to help us along. When it’s time to move again I will be using Shari. Wherever she is.

20th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Do not recommend. They were ok at beginning of tenancy as they want to make money Ofc. But extremely difficult at end of tenancy. They tried to take my deposit for things I was not responsible for such as a faulty boiler (which I reported months before I handed in my notice). They were aware of this as they provided the inventory. Very difficult and rude admin personnel. Avoid. Avoid.
13th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Thank you Adam, great support throughout the process from initial viewing and marketing the property to handling the sale, liaising with all parties smoothly and getting us over the line. A good communicator, keeps you informed at every stage, manages expectations very well and importantly -answers the phone and returns your call-! Professional integrity and trustworthy, would highly recommend Adam and the team to anyone who is looking for a 'reliable estate agent' -So hard to find and usually an Oxymoron-! You can rely on Adam and Ellis & Co if you’re buying or selling a property, they put your mind at ease and provide exceptional service to their customers.... Keep Living the Dream & providing the service the local area, residents and industry deserves... ???????????????
6th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)We had a few viewings from them, there was an offer put in for the house mid December 2023. Client had over £200k of deposit. They pushed us to get solicitor etc buyer was ready to go. We did that at start of January 2024.We heard nothing, no even mention of Survey, until we pushed on 05/03/24,there was NO response. then the agent said they were arranging survey, under valued house by £100k, valued at standard 3 bed house. They got another survey arranged, this was then valued at £40k under. The Buyer should not have been allowed to view the property if they could NOT afford the property. I sent a message on 23/03/24 with drawing the property with them as they had wasted 4 months.. we had another offer from a different agent also in Dec but as we had accepted the offer from Scotts we went with them. Big mistake !!!

As a divorced father of two, they were able to cater for my situation and give the assistance needed to secure a property . I recommend them highly to anyone to rent or buy a property.

It took me roughly three months from viewing the property to moving in, Nick's professionalism and dedication is the key throughout the journey. You can't go wrong with Nick and Benham & Reeves, 5 stars.

And how right he was !!! He was above board arranging viewings, keeping me updated with the outcome of each viewing. Every conversation with me, he kept my confidence up. The service he provided was in good faith and honest. No fuss at all. I am so grateful to David and everyone who contributed towards the sale of my house. They said from the start they would sell my house .... and they kept their word. Thank you Martyn Gerrard

I needed this house fast and she sorted that for me. She made the process really easy and stress free. Couldn’t recommend more. I am so thankful and grateful.

Nothing actually came of it, but I remember the experience well enough to mention it to Moshe when I met him. What I said was that I haven't often come across agents who were so friendly, honest and at the same time professional. Roundtree is lucky having Saul working with them !

Not only were they incredibly professional but had a genuinely positive and proactive approach to marketing the property where others had failed. In depth knowledge of the market, carefully matched us to a most suitable buyer with matching timeframes. Completely transparent approach and one week was all it took! We are over the moon and more than happy to recommend to anyone and everyone.
3rd Jan 2018 (6 years ago)Everything is fabulous, starting with their afternoon tea, to the bar and to the restaurant. The afternoon tea is exactly as how I imagine most people would enjoy it: impeccable service, fine china, silver teapots, and a great selection of teas, tasty pastries and wonderfully prepared sandwiches. Both young and old can enjoy the afternoon tea here. The champagne high tea is worth recommending, but if you’re not in the mood for afternoon tea, pop in to the bar for an expertly prepared drink, or go all-out with a dinner at the restaurant. You won’t be disappointed by either of these choices... Do dress smartly and avoid sneakers and t-shirts (not only to get better service / a table, but also for your fellow guests) as it only adds to the atmosphere.

Both Chloe & Jade, who I worked with, had a deep understanding of the local market and were very proactive in their communication and willingness to accommodate the specific needs for my apartment. It was an absolute pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend them!

17th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)Please avoid renting with them at all costs! You will never get your deposit back. Our flat was 30+ year old and tired as you would expect, which we accepted when we moved in. We lived there only 11 months as the house was poorly insulated, we even had ice inside the house in the winter months, they never fixed it (among other things) so we decided to leave the flat. To our surprise, when we handed over the house, they brought their 'expert', a guy called Mark who has been with them for ages, as an 'independent' inspector, who obviously isn't. They will claim all kinds of non existent changes and damages and deduct if from your deposit! they event claimed is our fault that a crack appeared on the ceiling! AVOID!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
