6th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Our experience with this estate agency has been extremely disappointing. They proposed a property to us that had significant restrictions, which they failed to disclose. We only discovered these issues six months later through our solicitors. The agency’s customer service is appalling. Every time I called, I was told the manager was on another call and would return my call, which never happened. Their communication is minimal, with infrequent email replies merely stating that matters are being “chased.” We are now more than six months into the process with no clear timeline, no information about potential chains, and no idea what is happening. Avoid this agency at all costs!

13th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)does absolutely nothing for the landlord. tenants caused damages to property and I have to give proof which no pictures were taken upon let. was not advised to do so and basically everything is sunny days when u first approach them and plenty of assurances. does nothing at the end of the agreement and tenants refuse to leave to add to frustration. call them up hardly answers the phone or on leave all the time. besides from taking a considerable ammount of fees from you along with hidden charges ( beware ) they do nothing.

At the end of the tenancy we faced a couple of problems with mould and he handled all the issues and put us in touch with tradespeople when necessary. He was always very nice to us and respectful when he had to conduct viewings: Thanks so much!
16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch
31st Aug 2024 (21 days ago)Unfortunately despite leaving a property that they managed I’ve learnt that they disclosed personal information to third parties to more than one person. I tried making contact with them as a complaint multiple times but they refused to respond. Obviously this is a breach of GDPR and have once again been referred to the Information Commissioner Office (ICO) It was because of me in the first instance they became legally registered with them when I did a legal referral to the ICO after finding out they weren’t registered and didn’t wish to be contrary to the law. 30th Aug 2024 (22 days ago)Mandip and Ricky have been fantastic. I can’t thank them enough for helping me sell my house. There were communication problems with the other side solicitors, most of the time they didn’t respond to emails or phone calls. It made my sale very difficult and delayed the process. Mandip helped me a lot to go through the difficult time, he phoned the other side's solicitor almost every day until he got the response. Mandip is always available to speak to and keep me updated with the whole sell process. He is very professional and proactive. Big thank you to Mandip and Ricky and the team. I strongly recommend them. I wish them continued business success.

I trusted their opinions with everything. I felt comfortable speaking with all of them, especially Jackie, Robert and Scott. They kept me up to date with emails and calls and Jackie went out the way to support me throughout. Thank you all! Would definitely recommend this team.
13th Sep 2024 (8 days ago)I rented a flat managed by PK for many years. The lettings manager, Jay, was always incredibly helpful, professional and fair in helping with any issues. The level of service is what i would call the high quality traditional service that you just dont get from most of the high street big names. I would thoroughly recommend Jay and PK for any rentals you may require, either as a landlord or tenant.

20th Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.

9th Sep 2024 (12 days ago)I moved to Acorn after I wasn’t impressed with another local agent. From the outset I wanted to ensure they truly understood my property and knew every last detail that only the owner knows and wants shared with buyers. They absolutely delivered on this, communication was excellent throughout and I felt the standard of customer service was very high. I’m sure the buyers also felt the same when they realise that Acorn know the properties well rather than hosting a slightly subdued viewing. Additionally, as Acorn are a local agent they know the Colindale area brilliantly and can highlight all the benefits. Their photography and sales pack was also great, including drone photography. Having originally met the owner Jed, his experience was paramount and expert to ensure every detail of the listing was perfect and reflected what buyers actually look at or ignore. They found a buyer within 4 weeks of it going on the market and held my hand throughout the process, kept the buyer engaged and helped me to chase up solicitors both sides when needed. I’d absolutely recommend them for your property sale, as a bonus their fee is competitive too.
