15th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We viewed one property and fell in love. I think it’s pretty unheard of to only need to view one place. Shari took care of us and she was brilliant. Answered all questions (and there were a lot of them). Very calming presence. It made us want to move in because there was no pressure. Once we decided to move, it was then a very straight forward quick process. And Shari was always on the other end of the phone/computer to help us along. When it’s time to move again I will be using Shari. Wherever she is.

In my most recent interactions with Linas, and also with Lucy from the same branch, I have appreciated the level of help and professionalism in organising everything for a new tenancy, and for prompt responses to my emails and calls.
22nd Mar 2024 (25 days ago)Aman provided excellent service from shortlisting tenants, overseeing the vetting, providing a contact for the gas and electricity certificate and finalising the move. His communication during the whole process was noteworthy.
27th Mar 2024 (20 days ago)They either have fake property ads (sales) on Zoopla, or are not trained enough to find them in the system. I had to call a few times to get through to lettings that put me through to sales (the same person picked up) and tried to get me to view something else even though the property is not marked as 'under offer' or 'sold' so it does feel a bit scammy to me especially that the pictures of the property were super blurry, like screenshots from other sites perhaps.

6th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)We had a few viewings from them, there was an offer put in for the house mid December 2023. Client had over £200k of deposit. They pushed us to get solicitor etc buyer was ready to go. We did that at start of January 2024.We heard nothing, no even mention of Survey, until we pushed on 05/03/24,there was NO response. then the agent said they were arranging survey, under valued house by £100k, valued at standard 3 bed house. They got another survey arranged, this was then valued at £40k under. The Buyer should not have been allowed to view the property if they could NOT afford the property. I sent a message on 23/03/24 with drawing the property with them as they had wasted 4 months.. we had another offer from a different agent also in Dec but as we had accepted the offer from Scotts we went with them. Big mistake !!!

It took me roughly three months from viewing the property to moving in, Nick's professionalism and dedication is the key throughout the journey. You can't go wrong with Nick and Benham & Reeves, 5 stars.

Rafi Gamliel went the extra mile in ensuring everything ran smoothly. If there was an issue he sorted it immediately. Could not recommend Dexters more especially if you get Rafi.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
