Caitlin Bishop, the letting agent I worked with managed a total of three viewings for me, and each interaction was handled with utmost professionalism and care. Caitlin was proactive and responsive, promptly arranged viewings at a convenient time. Caitlin was patient in answering all my questions and provided valuable advice to help me make informed decisions.

26th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Rang in the morning to book a viewing as was keen to see a property, was told someone would call back shortly, I also asked if the property was still available and it was. Just over an hour and a half and no call back, rang again but I wouldn’t get put through to sales. Eventually got a call back and a very blunt women said sorry is sold subject to contract so can’t get a viewing. Which is fair enough but the tone it came across was not the best. Didn’t even get offered any other properties, or get asked what my budget or type of property I was looking for. Clearly not wanting to sell properties to anyone.
6th Feb 2024 (25 weeks ago)We received outstanding service from all the team at Thomas Merrifield, from placing the house on the market to completion. Marketing was excellent and the house sold very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, especially Charlie who regularly kept in touch with updates as the sale proceeded. Charlie was 'our rock' throughout; nothing was too much trouble for him, reassuring and supporting us at every stage. We would highly recommend the team and give 10 stars (if it were possible!)

They look after every detail so I don't have to. Great peace of mind. Charlotte Nugent is thorough, detailed and practical. Highly recommend them.

12th Jul 2024 (15 days ago)I can’t rate Church Robinson highly enough. We were in the process of buying a property through them when the sale on our own property fell through. We had a discussion with Holly and Gary and made the decision to list our property with them and we are so pleased that we did. It was an upsetting time for us as the previous process had taken so long, before ultimately falling through, but they were so efficient and professional, but also very kind. We had an offer on our flat almost immediately and have recently exchanged. From our initial contact with the team when viewing properties, to their work in getting us to the point of exchange, we have been really impressed with everyone. A special shout out to Dawn, who has just been brilliant at chasing people up and getting things done! I’m sure we wouldn’t be where we are now without her tenacity!

Victoria has been a pleasure to deal with throughout our initial viewing and application, facilitating the move and managing any issues during our tenancy. Overall, I highly recommend renting with Hodson's.
27th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)I very highly recommend Perry Bishop Farringdon as an estate agent. I used them to sell my property in Bampton and they were absolutely fantastic throughout. I can't thank them enough for their advice and guidance, their knowledge and support and for how great their communications were, right from the initial meeting with Lucy through to Michelle seeing us through the sale progression. Big shout out to Gerry who carried us through everything and reassured us whenever we worried. Her expertise I truly believe got us the best possible price and a fantastic buyer. Thank you to everyone at Perry Bishop Faringdon!
26th Jun 2024 (4 weeks ago)So disappointed and had to pull out of a property purchase due to lack of disclosures. Waste of both mine and vendors time, plus I’m out of pocket having had to pay conveyancing fees. Agent needs to be more transparent and honest to avoid these situations.
30th May 2024 (8 weeks ago)Fantastic experience with the whole lettings team here! We were in a tight spot once we found out our other rental property had fallen through just before moving in. The whole team was very supportive and jumped to help us find a new home very quickly. They were very informative, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. After explaining our situation to every estate agent in area, William Jones were the only ones who helped us out. Thank you to Jess and Harrison for everything!
24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)All the staff at Turner’s were approachable, friendly and professional. I would thoroughly recommend Turner’s to anyone thinking of buying or selling property. James imparticular went above and beyond to sort out two very messy and twice broken chains that we were a part of. After almost two, very frustrating years we finally moved and James was with us every step of the way. It was a pleasure to deal with him and Turner’s.
18th Jul 2024 (9 days ago)I rented my house through Belvoir for 3 years while I was travelling abroad, went through 3 different tenants and can only thank all the team at Belvoir for doing such a sterling job. Communication was excellent, very quick and any issue dealt with promptly and efficiently. I would pick them without hesitation if I was to let my house again. Well done and thank you!

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
