11th Mar 2017 (8 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.- 3rd Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)Just had Mo and one of his colleauges show me around a house for sale in Skwtty . Within a week of being on with Peter Alan Swansea we had 8 viewings lined up. Then just 10 days in an offer at asking price. Couldn't be happier or have asked for more. Would definitely recommend. 10th Mar 2025 (13 days ago)I purchased a property that was previously managed by Swansea Agents, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. They are nearly impossible to contact—calls go unanswered, and emails are generally ignored. Before completing the purchase, my solicitors reached out to confirm that all tenants were paying rent and that there were no outstanding issues. However, in the very first week of taking over the property, I received an email from a tenant stating that he had fled to India. It is increasingly clear that Swansea Agents have not been transparent from the beginning.- 28th Feb 2025 (23 days ago)A bumpy start, but got there in the end. The Morriston branch is very friendly and approachable, I would definitely recommend.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

So friendly, so enthusiastic and could literally sell ice to the eskimos! An absolute credit to O Sullivans! I have met a lot of estate agents over the years and Sharon outshone them all!
2nd Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys

The service and communication is amazing (especially compared to previous agents). The detail in inspections and finding tenants is very thorough. I would defo recommend!

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
