12th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)

Unit A, Meridian Bay, Meridian Bay, Trawler Road, Swansea, SA1 1PG(80 reviews)26th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I recently had the pleasure of working with Dawson Estate agent marina branch Swansea viewing properties for my clients I must say Aysha one of the sales agents was extremely helpful knowledgeable professional and down to earth she took her time to explain everything in great details, I went to the office and they were closed but she was still willing to help me it’s one of the best estate agents I’ve ever worked with, Aysha introduced me to her manager Kelly who was very knowledgeable and pleasant I’m hoping we can close a deal soon I will highly recommend Dawson estate agent marina branch Swansea I would have given more than 5* if it was possible

A massive thank you to the whole team but giving the biggest thank you to David Wachowski what a guy! So helpful nothing is too much for him very professional and always reassuring. 10/10 for everything from the first call to enquire right till I had the keys.

11th Mar 2017 (7 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.

Had Alison as our valuer- really pleased with the service I had. Leanne and Glynis also very proactive in showing the property to prospective buyers. Dawson's took calls, emails and paperwork processed promptly and always kept me in the loop.
15th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Conveyancers are bad, but the biggest problem with home buying and selling in the UK are estate agents, and Peter Alan - Swansea branch are a huge testament to this. Poor communication, drive over 300 miles and stayed a night over to view a property then got a 'phone call' on the morning of the viewing. The phone call mysteriously didn't come thorugh, but rest assured, it "...is showing it went through on our systems" They sent me so many messages and requests to confirm the viewing days before the viewing, why not do the same with people staying at the property...? Also being literally forced to 'qualify' my offer, was also I think boderline illegal trade practie, because it wasn't really qualifying, (sending through bank statements/ID/decision in Principle is perfectly legitamate) no, what this was, is forcing upon me their in-house mortgage broker, I suppose for the fee's they would get Terrible indictment of the estate agent trade
12th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Avoid if you are a seller.....In my case... A complete lack of customer care and service. Several emails not responded to. No reduction in fees for overpricing. Its not the value of the property that is the issue it was their tactics to secure my custom. Over valuing properties without local knowledge of the area they are advertising in (in my case). No offer of explanation or apology. Due to complete next week. Personally wouldn't sell through this branch in the future. Props to Michelle for being a lovely lady to deal with on the few occasions I have spoke to her.

28th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)Downsizing is not easy at any age but as time creeps up on you, you find the stress and complications of selling and moving home difficult. Ben and his team helped to take some of the stress out of the process. No sale proceeds as quickly or smoothly as you hope it will. So I was pleased with the support and good advice I was given. I would strongly recommend any people who are maybe not in the best of health or getting on in years to use SA PROPERTY’s services. No high pressure techniques, good reliable advice and prompt response to your concerns.

3rd Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I have been living next door to one of their rental houses and their fence has been majorly broken for over a year and hanging into my garden,they say they cannot find anyone to fix it ? I have spoken to your team on many occasions by phone and email. The last person i spoke to was Gregory Williams. Another month, fence still down, will it ever get fixed ?

18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Sam provides a nonsense approach and is committed to professionalism; a breath of fresh air in the estate agency world of over-valuations and promises! Valuations are prompt and realistic and I regularly recommend Sam to my clients when they are looking at selling.

Our journey was not an easy one, as we had a lot of difficulty with our sellers solicitors, but he was there every step of the way. He was as invested in the move as much we were.
