3rd Sep 2023 (1 year ago)I cannot rate Hilton King and Locke highly enough, particularly Jenny Hall (Head of Lettings). From my first contact with Jenny, she has gone above and beyond to find a wonderful home for my wife and I to rent. Unlike many of the other estate agents I had spent weeks trying to contact to arrange viewings, Jenny got back to me almost immediately and booked me into to see two properties at short notice – the first of which we loved and ultimately rented. This was particularly helpful because my wife and I had only a short amount of time to find a property to rent and were returning from having lived overseas for two years. Jenny was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and transparent which was also very reassuring for me as a tenet. Once we moved into the property, Jenny and the entire Hilton Locke and King team have been fantastic in resolving a few teething problems which are an inevitable part of renting any property. Not only did Jenny work tirelessly to coordinate between us and the landlord but she also intervened with several third parties to help get our issue resolved. The issues were dealt with promptly and with great sensitivity and care. More than that, Jenny was incredibly personable with my wife, to the extent that she went as far as to buy my wife flowers – something which was incredibly appreciated as we waited for an issue to be resolved. I really cannot rate Hilton Locke and King highly enough. Having previously had some bad experiences renting, I never thought that I would be writing such a positive review for an estate agent. If you are looking for a property to rent in and around the Langley area as we were, however, Hilton Locke and King come strongly recommended.

16th Aug 2024 (10 weeks ago)As a longer term client of Frost Partnership I would like to commend the excellent professionalism and services received from Lizzie Walsh and Caroline Scott. Lizzie was extremely helpful when I bought 7 Europa House. Caroline was outstanding in finding and renewing tenants at two properties at Europa House. She has been always proactive to look after the needs of both the landlord and tenants. To give an example, when we were on holiday she sorted a maintenance problem at 8 Europa House which was beyond the terms of the tenancy agreement. She is a star.m

After four weeks of no offers and slow movement, Mr John Buckley came in to our lives. He brought energy and positivity. Mr Buckley advised us to lower our price and to launch an open house. He was committed to selling our property and on the very same day of the open house we received our offer. We were delighted to accept. Mr Buckley has been very helpful in this stressful process. He has been incredibly personable and I am sure he will make this process seamless until completion day. Thank you!

If ever I called and Victoria was out-of-the-office, one of the team (Emily, Alison, Steve, etc) were always able to answer my question or report back to me shortly afterwards. A very capable Estate Agency with great staff, very capable and professional. Well done & thank you for making our sale as easy as it could be!

Would recommend for anyone looking in the area to go with Alpha, just a shame there is no physical location available.

18th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent. Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today. Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else. Had problems with them from day one. Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible. Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them

The process was long and had many bumps and issues but throughout it Sach has remained calm and focused on getting the job done. Always proactive and communicative, I was kept up to date (and sometime hassled, rightly to get things done). The journey has been long, but through no fault of Move Inn Estates. 12th Oct 2024 (11 days ago)Nick came round to value my property [it was on with another agent- who were giving a very poor service] as my contract was nearly up - I wanted another Estate Agent to value it. I was totally impressed with Nick - he really could not understand why my property remained unsold for nearly five months - he thought it was priced correctly and was in excellent condition - he did not say anything derogatory about the Estate Agent who was marketing it - which I admired. He was just truthful no BS - just straight to the point I really wished he had taken it on - as I am sure it would have been sold by now. If it remains unsold when my contract is up - he will be the first person I shall ring - with full confidence it will sell being marketed by him.

Furthermore, he was accessible through phone and email whenever we had any queries. Notably, he called to check and kept us updated since the process took longer due to a linked chain.
