3rd Sep 2023 (10 mo. ago)I cannot rate Hilton King and Locke highly enough, particularly Jenny Hall (Head of Lettings). From my first contact with Jenny, she has gone above and beyond to find a wonderful home for my wife and I to rent. Unlike many of the other estate agents I had spent weeks trying to contact to arrange viewings, Jenny got back to me almost immediately and booked me into to see two properties at short notice – the first of which we loved and ultimately rented. This was particularly helpful because my wife and I had only a short amount of time to find a property to rent and were returning from having lived overseas for two years. Jenny was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and transparent which was also very reassuring for me as a tenet. Once we moved into the property, Jenny and the entire Hilton Locke and King team have been fantastic in resolving a few teething problems which are an inevitable part of renting any property. Not only did Jenny work tirelessly to coordinate between us and the landlord but she also intervened with several third parties to help get our issue resolved. The issues were dealt with promptly and with great sensitivity and care. More than that, Jenny was incredibly personable with my wife, to the extent that she went as far as to buy my wife flowers – something which was incredibly appreciated as we waited for an issue to be resolved. I really cannot rate Hilton Locke and King highly enough. Having previously had some bad experiences renting, I never thought that I would be writing such a positive review for an estate agent. If you are looking for a property to rent in and around the Langley area as we were, however, Hilton Locke and King come strongly recommended.

19th Jul 2024 (8 days ago)We sold our house through The Frost Partnership and I would highly recommend them. They are professional, experienced, courteous and very good at what they do. Even when the market was slow they remained positive and in regular contact. As well as finding a buyer (more than once as the first attempt fell through) they then were proactive about keeping people communicating and pushing things along between verbal agreement and exchange of contracts. I would recommend every member of the team, they are excellent.

He was always attentive and kept me in the loop and worked wonders with ensuring both sides' solicitors were not slacking. I would highly recommend B Simmons when selling your home!

Would recommend for anyone looking in the area to go with Alpha, just a shame there is no physical location available.

9th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)We recently sold our house through Gibbs in Pinner and had a very smooth and efficient experience. Adam in particular was key in all this as he understood and circumvented challenges of selling a home with two young children. Viewings were arranged to suit us around childcare and block booked. We were kept informed of updates throughout the process. And advised with our best interests in mind when one issue with the house was presented. All in all can’t recommend them and him enough. He really took care of us and made the process seem easy and stress free!

We were first time buyers and are hugely appreciative of the honesty and guidance Paul gave us during the offer process, unlike many SW London agents! After our offer was accepted the 5 star service continued all the way through to completion where Paul was very helpful, professional and responsive in dealing with various matters. This resulted in a very smooth exchange/completion. We cannot thank Paul and Moveli enough!

5th Apr 2024 (16 weeks ago)An absolutely amazing team. We worked with both Mary-Joy & Tony and they assisted us in viewings and purchase of a property. They have been incredible and so friendly and so proactive - they chased up all the people that need chasing on our behalf which I just really appreciated so that I wasn't spending my free time trying to chase them instead. From when our offer was first accepted on the property to completion it was all within 5 months (which in the property business is a good turn around!) and Tony was so friendly and I felt comfortable telling him about everything including any hiccups. Rwhitley & Co already have a strong reputation as a good estate agent and it's because of employees like Tony & Mary-Joy that make up the backbone of this place. 100% highly recommend

From the initial viewing to getting our offer accepted and going through the reference check, everything went so smoothly with Kearns. I have to mention how much Emily was of assistance in answering all our queries and speeding up the process. She was always available to answer my calls or would promptly call me back, regardless of how small my query was. One thing that made me even happier is that Kearns also handles property maintenance. This means that we can look forward to a smooth stay in the house, knowing that it will be managed by Kearns and their wonderful team members like Emily. Overall, I highly recommend Kearns Letting Agent, especially with Emily's exceptional support and dedication. 12th Jul 2024 (15 days ago)I don't know where to start!!! James did what I thought was impossible! He moved my in laws to a new home - but it took 2 years! With a probate on both sides and multiple delays due to ill health in the family, lease extensions and questions upon questions they finally moved! James is one of the most patient people I know and has provided support to my in laws over and above what he needed to. He gave them the confidence to move from a home they were in for over 35 years. His constant communication always put them at ease and provided assurance when they needed it the most. They needed to be in a bungalow close to family and that's exactly where they are now and are extremely happy. Thanks to James for make the impossible possible!
