9th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

It was the first flat I saw, and Emma Peruzzi was my agent and she was extremely professional and really help me in getting the administrative process quickly since I was in a hurry. Really good agency and I would really recommend if you are interested in living in this area and want a good experience since in London is hard to get

Kerry & Jenny have always made sure I felt comfortable and were extremely responsive and helpful. If I ever move back to London, there is only one agency I would go back to. I cannot recommend them enough!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. 2nd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Terrible Terrible Service! This company's performance is utterly disappointing, providing a service that can only be described as a complete joke. They oversee the management of the residential block where I reside, and we've endured the absence of both hot water and heating for nearly a month, precisely during a period of freezing temperatures and incessant rain. Their attempt to address the issue involved dispatching what seemed to be inexperienced plumbers who failed to provide any viable solutions. Throughout this ordeal, I made multiple calls seeking information and a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, the individual Ivvone, who answered my calls, displayed a dismissive attitude, as if she were doing me a favor by even hearing my concerns. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I persistently requested to speak with a manager and lodged a formal complaint via email. Regrettably, my efforts were met with silence—no response or call from anyone in authority within the company. The overall experience has been a testament to their disregard for customer satisfaction and a blatant lack of accountability. I've decided to escalate the issue against them even further. However, I believe it's essential for others to be aware of my experience and to steer clear of them whenever possible.
29th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.

6th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Avoid this agency AT ANY COST! Even if they give you a flat for free. They are not responsive at all even in serious situations like pest control problems with their flats. Their response to a bed bug issue reported was to wash the bedsheets and hoover! Completely unacceptable and irresponsible answer for such a serious matter. Their job is to manage flats not just collect their commission from the rent! Worst agents ever dealt with!!!!
23rd Apr 2024 (10 days ago)We stayed at this property for a week in April and I wish we could have stayed longer. It was more than enough space for our family of four (two adults, two teens). It is an ideal location - the street itself is quiet, but very near bustling Kensington. Easy access to the tube. Adjacent to a walking/bicycle path along Holland Park. The place itself was clean and comfortable. It was very nice to be able to use the washer/dryer (allowing us to get by with just carry-on luggage). We wouldn't hesitate to book the unit again!
