Very proactive and informative throughout the process, made more challenging for him as I live in Australia and everything was dealt with on a ‘full arms length’ basis ! I would highly recommend both the services of Hamptons Real Estate and Robert in particular.

18th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios- 26th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Being in property professional services myself, I am always grateful for feedback about my firm and it’s staff. 15th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)We rented a flat in Greenwich via Daniel Watney for the past year and a half, before we relocated to the other side of London. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The team were friendly and attentive, and the few repairs we needed during our time there were fixed very quickly. The end of tenancy process was smooth. They let us break out of our tenancy 3 weeks early, and we received our full deposit back too. Would recommend them!

They helped us with our initial purchase, to helping manage our property and most recently helped process the sale of our property in a very smooth manner. What sets them apart from others is the family feel, the friendly service and the fact they care. You don’t find that with many estate agents who take enormous pride with their work. If you are looking for a genuine estate agent who have great local expertise of Richmond, I would definitely recommend giving the Cantell Team a call

Mark and team in contrast lined up a tonne of viewings within days of the ad going live. I had an offer the next day. Mark kept on top of the process all the way through, oiling the wheels throughout to keep everything on track. A safe and reliable pair of hands. Definitely recommend.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. If I ever move house again, I will only instruct Radstock

The apartment was perfect, any issues that have occurred were quickly resolved, signing and referencing process was easy and quick, they were flexible on payment methods and always replied in the matter of minutes. Having experienced other agencies in the area, I can genuinely recommend them and say that they are much more better than others.

With no other estate agency would you get such senior members of staff doing the viewings themselves. In the past I’ve had viewings with recent graduates who are new to the market- with Bhoday you are in much safer hands- 24th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Unlike many other agents, Harriet was not only professional in her work, but also genuinely kind and patient. She took the time to listen to my frustrations about the rather absurd referencing system in the UK and other quirks of how things work here. It made a real difference.
