From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. Olivia has a great customer service skills and answers my email promptly. Tom took the time to explain every step of the mortgage process clearly and answers questions with patience and clarity. What really stood out was his dedication—he went above and beyond to secure the best deal for us and made sure everything stayed on track right up to completion. Thanks to Tom’s expertise and support, we managed to purchase the house in 3 months! (could have been less if not for some challenges). Tom is really a client advocate and will highly recommend him to anyone wanting to secure a mortgage.

Everyone I had contact with was always helpful and professional. Having to deal with everything from my home in Devon was not an issue for them and I felt confident that the whole process was in superb hands. Jacob, was particularly supportive at every stage from valuing the property, right through to the final completion. Thank you all for your support and professionalism in what has been a sad time.

16th Jun 2025 (22 days ago)I have used Ian Jack for mortgages several times before in the past when he worked for other companies who told me he had retired when it came to needing input again. I was very relieved to find this misleading information and find Ian still working in mortgages at the Property Centre. I arranged an appointment after being totally out of my depth with a mortgage issue. Within less than an hour Ian and the property centre had resolved my issue, brought me more time to make changes and given me a plan of what I need to do next. Absolutely fantastic as always, I couldn't recommend Ian any more highly. Thank you as always.

We found a beautiful little cottage managed by Sunderlands in a gorgeous location. Being new to renting a property we were a little apprehensive. The whole process was very smooth - managed by Lianne. The property had to have some external work done when we moved in - the landlord gave us 2 bottles of wine as a thank you for persevering with it. We've only had a few minor problems during the time we've been here. An email to Lianne in the morning, and a professional person arriving the same day to fix the problem. The service that Lianne provides is outstanding. She is efficient, helpful, reliable and trustworthy. Thank you Lianne.

Clear, consistent and regular, and delivered in a medium that worked for us (phone calls are dead; group messaging allowed each of us to respond properly in our own time and in a way that keeps a record). Thorough feedback *every viewing,* and more viewings than we've had when selling any property before. WR aren't just head and shoulders above the other agents, they are above them by head, shoulders, knees and toes. They're the best on service *and* on price, which is a hard to find combination within any industry. We sought them out after a personal recommendation from a friend, and will be giving personal recommendations to our friends in turn.
