She is very prompt in her responses and is so helpful and approachable. All the team I have met/spoken with are great. I bought a house before this that fell through with another estate agent and the service was appalling, they were so pushy, applied so much pressure and were extremely rude which made me worried about the next time I dealt with an estate agent again but honestly the service has been fab and very personable too.Thank you it is a stressful time and especially when you have a solicitors that have been a nightmare. They have helped greatly with the process.

1st May 2024 (20 weeks ago)I try to keep an eye out for properties that are empty and vulnerable close to my house but sadly am instead treated like I'm being nosy. Shame as I used to work st Connells. Also so many rented properties are not being maintained and are dragging areas down.

12th Sep 2024 (7 days ago)I would just like to say to the powers to be at Dixons head office , if I had a gold medal I would award it to the team at Redditch branch , I cannot begin to tell how supportive they have been During a difficult time in my life where I battled cervical cancer and selling my home Lisa ,Amanda, and Kate have been there all the way .They have proved time and time again to be the most effective, supportive caring and professional staff I have ever met. My house purchase is almost completed so I’m going to ensure that the company knows how special these people are. As a team they are assets to your company and hopefully they are recognised for the work they do. They have passion , commitment ,and dedication beyond reproach.

James was quick to reply to phone calls and messages to make sure everything was perfect. We can’t fault Edward either who took some amazing photos of our home. Once the photos were done our house was on the market within 10 hours! I would definitely recommend king homes to everyone that needs to sell their house.

15th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Free Agent enough! We sold our house with Free Agent in April after having an awful experience with Connels. We were under time pressure as we were moving location and Daniel, Chanelle and the team were incredible! From the first meeting with Daniel where he honestly valued my house and showed me what else was going in the market, he gave me a lot of background knowledge and made me feel at ease straight away. Daniel and Chanelle then came to do the photos and videos of my property and they were outstanding! I loved the fact that Free Agent do a video for social media as it is very current and properties get much more interest this way! Within 24 hours of my house going on the market, I had 5 viewings booked it! It was insane! My house went online on the Thursday and sold the following a Tuesday! It was previously up with Connels and I had no viewings for 6 weeks! Even once my sale had been confirmed, Chanelle’s communication was second to none. She would regularly send me messages to see if I needed anything from her or if she needed to chase the sellers for anything. Communication was outstanding. As we have now moved down south, we unfortunately won’t get to use Free Agent again but I would use them again in a heart beat and would recommend to anyone selling their house!!

My house purchase and sale did not go smoothly - as part of a chain of 6 I do believe that, without EmDot leading the communication and negotiating between all parties, the chain would have fallen apart. I can not recommend them enough, Kate & Rachael went above and beyond what you would expect from any normal estate agents and I would 100% use them again.
