It was quite a stressful time but Michelle and Jane especially helped to ease the stress and guide me through the process. I’d definitely recommend SWF for your house sale/purchase

Josh our internal contact always returns call & keeps you up to date on all aspects. Would highly recommend this office.

Adam will work very hard for you and will always get back to you when you have any questions as will Cheryl. We cannot fault their professionalism. We highly recommend these.

Jodie Bowater has been our point of contact and was there for both viewings/sorting out everything with our offer. Cant thank Jodie enough for everything so far, she is very professional and helpful and works quick which is great. Also not pushy at all which is great when it comes to viewing houses.

Thieving clowns, very very very deceitful - 1 lie after the other. Should be investigated not fit to be a housing agent. Can never get through to them to fix issues with the property only concerned about taking money monthly. Stay away !!!!!!. I would give them a minus 100000 rating if I could

Paul and Jan are genuine, helpful friendly people who put your needs first and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had constant updates and went above and beyond during the selling process. We believe that this service comes from being a truly independent small business who offer their clients an individual personal service. 18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally at every step of the process! I even received a welcome pack when I collected my keys containing beer, pretzels, washing tablets, zoflora not to mention other other bits and bobs! Excellent experience!!!

The agent on site was very professional, friendly and keen to answer any queries.As a first time buyer I was quite nervous about the whole process. The people at Belvoir immediately put me at ease and assisted with first class contacts for mortgage advice and conveyancing. They have followed along with updates throughout the process all remaining very friendly and approachable. At no time did I feel any pressure or worry about the entire process. Thank you Belvoir. I recommend them highly :)
27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have been blown away by my experience with MP & K, I have been dealing with Charlotte, and she has been nothing short of absolutely fabulous. She booked us a last minute viewing, got our offer agreed within one phone call, none of the usual games and going back and forth. Nothing is too much trouble, she replies to emails very quickly and gets information asked for. Faultless experience, alot of other agents could take a pointer or two from this company!!
