It really felt like she saw things from our point of view, which made such a difference. No matter how many questions we had, she took the time to answer each one with calm and care, and helped us feel at ease every step of the way. We’re so grateful for her support!
16th Feb 2025 (18 weeks ago)Although Concentric managed to sell my property rather quickly, this had more to do with me accepting about at lesst £10 000 less than market value for the house. As far as I am concerned the house sold itself. I was disappointed with the performance of Concentric in terms of slow replies, and mis - information. Ie not knowing who was supposed to be coming for a viewing. The gentleman that ended up buying my property turned up without an appointment. I once communicated that I would like some photos amended. Concentric sent an agent to the property and he took new photos with a mobile phone. These photos weren't even uploaded to the various housing agencies such as rightmove.
28th May 2025 (24 days ago)Been on the buying process with my boyfriend with this branch since February and it’s been hell. No value for customer at all, never call back when they say they will, and acting very unprofessional. Lee Dolman was very unprofessional several times, cancels viewing appointments or flat out doesn’t show up. Also refused us viewing the property with professionals to estimate how much we would spend. We just went for an agreed viewing at 11am this morning and waited for half an hour, didn’t show up, and we called the phone, goes straight to voicemail. We came to their office because we didn’t have time off work after today, and he said he can’t go there because he has someone coming to see him. They were laughing in the office and acting like they’re doing us a favour, no professionalism or respect. If you want peace of mind just use other agents… not worth the disrespect.

I would really recommend him. He gives his everything to his customers and makes sure they are satisfied. An amazing mortgage advisor.I recently used these to purchase my first home, as I was new to buying houses it was a bit overwhelming, i had a meeting with Kevin to discuss my options and from the first meeting to getting the keys he was wonderful very reassuring answerd any questions I had discussed values and advised if offers were too high I would highly recommend Kevin and all the staff

We paid a holding deposit and both passed all reference checks. We have stable jobs, excellent income, and strong credit scores. Despite this, the agency suddenly informed us we needed a guarantor. Since we didn’t have one prepared, we offered a friend who is a homeowner. The agent told us this would be sufficient. Days later, they came back saying the guarantor didn’t pass the references and therefore the house would not be rented to us. This should have been made clear from the beginning. We even offered to pay a two-month deposit and to change the guarantor, but neither option was allowed. We feel misled – not only did they take our money, but they also wasted two weeks of our time and gave us false hope. Extremely unprofessional and disorganised behaviour from both the agent and the agency. Stay away.
15th Jun 2025 (6 days ago)I have not sold my apartment via D B Roberts. The apartment is tenanted and despite my telling the agents to liaise with the tenant who worked shifts, I still received texts to say could a viewing take place the next day? I got no feedback from the viewings unless I initiated the exchange. I also informed them that I would be out of contact during a certain period, yet still received phone calls. Also once I withdrew the apartment from sale, I sent an email to state this but got no response. I did not get a response to the second email I sent and ended up having to call from the USA to ascertain that the email had been received! Not a good experience.

All the team I've dealt with have been excellent including Natalie and Suky. Would definitely recommend this agent to sell your house. They achieved me a price greater than other local estate agents wanted to list the house for (as the others wanted a quick sale).. 5 star!

Thieving clowns, very very very deceitful - 1 lie after the other. Should be investigated not fit to be a housing agent. Can never get through to them to fix issues with the property only concerned about taking money monthly. Stay away !!!!!!. I would give them a minus 100000 rating if I could

Even when the tenant vacated, they ensured the entire process was incredibly smooth, including resolving deposit issues without any hassle. I’d particularly like to commend Sardar Tahir, who was exceptionally professional and helpful throughout. His dedication and support made the whole experience completely stress-free. I highly recommend Meridian Estates to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient agency. Undoubtedly one of the best agencies in the West Midlands! 18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

4th Jun 2025 (17 days ago)The adverts you get is promising. 10-16% return. It is very attractive. As a business one should know it is too good to be true. The model is they convert auctioned property bought at a very cheap price tag, convert it to a exempt accomodation by changing the structure and add rooms. It would be leased to a social housing company on long term. The property will be sold to you on an inflated price tag by atleast a 100k with a promise of high return. Ofcourse one year later the social housing company introduced by the OPA goes in to administration for not paying their rent. OPA would say not their fault. They have asked a hefty fees for the whole transaction and you do not meet these social housing providers or you don't get multiple options. Also when the social housing provider went to administration there was no help offered. So 100k down the drain and still don't have possession of our own property, I am writing this feedback to warn anyone who is looking to purchase via them. Hope it is helpful.
