He’s also genuinely funny and easy to get along with, which makes the whole experience that much better. Couldn’t recommend Tom highly enough! They have a great team there, Kirsty, Richard to mention a few more and always enjoy popping my head in when I walk past.
19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We appointed Sam Daniels at Knight Frank Bath to sell our house after meeting several local agents, and he proved to be an excellent choice.<br><br>From the outset, Sam was exceptionally well prepared. He had researched the local market in detail, explained his recommended pricing clearly, and set out a convincing and realistic sales strategy — including what was worth doing to prepare the house and, just as importantly, what was not necessary. His local knowledge was excellent, but what impressed me most was the quality of his judgement: thoughtful, straightforward and commercially astute without ever feeling pushy.<br><br>Throughout the sale, Sam was consistently responsive, reliable and easy to deal with. He communicated promptly, explained developments clearly and handled potentially awkward situations calmly and intelligently. When there was competing interest, and later an unexpected fall-through, he reacted quickly and kept the process moving.<br><br>One of the factors that influenced us when choosing Knight Frank was Sam’s explanation of how the team works and his very strong record of progressing agreed sales through to completion. Having now experienced the process, I can see why. He remained actively involved after the offer was accepted, communicated effectively with the conveyancers and helped navigate the transaction through to completion.<br><br>The house sold quickly at the asking price, but beyond the outcome itself, I particularly valued Sam’s professionalism, honesty, tact and sound judgement throughout. I always felt that he was acting in our interests and that we could rely on what he said. I would recommend Sam and Knight Frank in Bath very highly.

Over the past two and a half weeks, he has shown us three different properties—including our recent viewing at St. Aidans Road—and his dedication, professionalism, and ability to adapt to our needs have been outstanding.<br>Michael is incredibly knowledgeable and always comes fully prepared with detailed information regarding property design, functionality, and practical suggestions. What truly sets him apart is his genuine sense of empathy and understanding. He is a confident professional who handles feedback brilliantly, stays consistently engaged, and follows up with us perfectly.<br>Because we have a very tight schedule, we have deeply appreciated how supportive and attentive Michael has been, always accommodating viewings at times that are convenient for us.<br>We have also been assisted by other agents at the firm during our search, and the high standard of service is consistent across the board. The whole process from valuation and marketing our house right through to completion was made easier by their professional experience and extensive local knowledge. We didn’t have an easy process but Sara our sales progressor was extremely helpful and liased with everyone in the chain to make sure things were moving forward. Thank you team for all your hard work and support we couldn’t have done it without you!

They are the nicest people you could possibly deal with and i will recommend them above and beyond. When we eventually move again, one day, we will 100% be using them. I wish we used them to sell ours.

He was obviously very knowledgeable and very fair with his estimate. He explained everything concerning how he arrived at the valuation and what the process was to proceed. He didn't rush anything and answered all my questions (of which there were quite a few!). I'd definitely recommend C.J. Hole and will be returning when my property needs to be sold.<br>Thank you for your help.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed.
