He’s also genuinely funny and easy to get along with, which makes the whole experience that much better. Couldn’t recommend Tom highly enough! They have a great team there, Kirsty, Richard to mention a few more and always enjoy popping my head in when I walk past.
19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We appointed Sam Daniels at Knight Frank Bath to sell our house after meeting several local agents, and he proved to be an excellent choice.<br><br>From the outset, Sam was exceptionally well prepared. He had researched the local market in detail, explained his recommended pricing clearly, and set out a convincing and realistic sales strategy — including what was worth doing to prepare the house and, just as importantly, what was not necessary. His local knowledge was excellent, but what impressed me most was the quality of his judgement: thoughtful, straightforward and commercially astute without ever feeling pushy.<br><br>Throughout the sale, Sam was consistently responsive, reliable and easy to deal with. He communicated promptly, explained developments clearly and handled potentially awkward situations calmly and intelligently. When there was competing interest, and later an unexpected fall-through, he reacted quickly and kept the process moving.<br><br>One of the factors that influenced us when choosing Knight Frank was Sam’s explanation of how the team works and his very strong record of progressing agreed sales through to completion. Having now experienced the process, I can see why. He remained actively involved after the offer was accepted, communicated effectively with the conveyancers and helped navigate the transaction through to completion.<br><br>The house sold quickly at the asking price, but beyond the outcome itself, I particularly valued Sam’s professionalism, honesty, tact and sound judgement throughout. I always felt that he was acting in our interests and that we could rely on what he said. I would recommend Sam and Knight Frank in Bath very highly.
2nd May 2023 (3 years ago)Very pleasant, friendly and well presented and punctual agents but lacked experience which I felt contributed to poor marketing and incorrect information being passed on to prospective buyers. Communication could also have been better.
2nd Oct 2026 (28 days ago)We recently purchased a property through Davies & Way, and I felt I had to leave a review because of how fantastic they were from start to finish.<br><br>I mainly dealt with Ellen and Pollyanna, and they were both absolutely brilliant to deal with. Ellen carried out all three of our viewings and was always so friendly, helpful and approachable. She was friendly, knowledgeable and always quick to respond, keeping us updated on viewings and offers and guiding us through the sale with real calm and care. She made a stressful process feel manageable.

I was told they had sold a flat to their sister and were in the process of getting a mortgage. 5 months later I terminated my contact with Connells after I found out the so called buyers had not sold their flat and the mortgage had not been approved. Checking on detail, is the responsibility of the estate agent for their fee? I sold with Purple Bricks

He was obviously very knowledgeable and very fair with his estimate. He explained everything concerning how he arrived at the valuation and what the process was to proceed. He didn't rush anything and answered all my questions (of which there were quite a few!). I'd definitely recommend C.J. Hole and will be returning when my property needs to be sold.<br>Thank you for your help.
